A/N :

Hi!

Well..this pause was EXTREEEEEEMEEEEELYYY long. Sorry. I couldn't think of anything to write and kind of lost interest in the story. Plus my BFish fanfic bloomed in my head so...yeah...
But I'm back. Enjoy

I'm sorry this chapter was posted a long time ago but it was a mistake.

"I have to get to Chat Noir," thought Marinette. She wanted to go after him after their talk as Maria but she was craving for food way to much. She transformed and looked around for him. When she saw the black figure, she was about to call out his name but he was one step ahead of her.

"My Lady, I'm so sorry!!!!!!"

"Chat it's..."

"No let me speak. IknowThayIshould HaveTrustedYouIWantedToButICouldn'tReallyAndLikeWithEverythingGoingOnAndTheProofsIJustDidn'tKnow I'm so so so so sorryI... " he babbled.

"Wow, wow calm down Kitty. I didn't understand anything."

"I'm sorry....I should've trusted you..."

"Yeah...you should have but...I also understand. I watched the footage myself and it did look like I did it..."

"You're not mad?"

"No silly kitty, I'm glad you believe me now, it feels less lonely."

"Do you want to hang out?"

"I would love to but I have something to..."

BOOM

"UUUUUURRRRGGGG..." groaned Marinette,"Not again."

"I think we should head out."

"Yeah, does Hawkmoth even have a life to keep akumatizing people around?"

"What a loser," replied Chat.

Ladybug chuckled at that comment. It has been a long time since she enjoyed being with a friend.

But it was no akuma attack.

When they arrived on the spot, they noticed that no one was dressed in some flashy coloured suit and neither a giant animal or baby.

"Then what was that?" asked Chat while raising his eye brow.

"I don't know...May..."

Ladybug couldn't speak anymore as a cold, thick, red liquid was poured on her. She couldn't move. She was just stuck. She froze at the sight of the blood not knowing if it was real or not. After a few seconds she finally let out a high pitch scream, illustrating her panic.

Chat Noir was just furious. He was ready to beat to a pulp those who did this. Before he could say anything, Ladybug took off whith a horrifying look plastered on her face.

Ladybug transformed back in an alley. She didn't think, she didn't know what to do. Tikki was about to try to reassure the poor girl, but little did she know that Chat saw her.

"Marinette?" he exclaimed.

The poor girl looked at him with a pitiful look. It was clear that she was going to breakdown, the young heroine couldn't bare it anymore, it was to much. The wave of pain she tried to push back so much drowned her. The blood staining her fair face crumbled under the tears streaming down her cheeks. Chat didn't care at this point about her bloody figure and held her tight against his chest.

"I can't take it anymore," she sobbed, "I'm suppose to be strong, to help, to be a god dam heroine! But instead I just get pressured, stressed, spited at, bullied, hated! What did I ever do!? WHAT THE HELL DID I DO TO DESERVE THIS CRAP?!?! It's like no one bothers to understand how hard this is and expect me to be perfect! I just want things to go back to normal...like they were...with my friends, my family and you!"

She sobbed so hard, her voice was filled with pain, breaking into a deeper and more rasping. Her face was just heating up and turned into a faint red.
Chat Noir held tight to the fragile figure. He couldn't do much except give the girl the entire comfort he could. And slowly, he's cheeks heated up, and a small stream of tears dripped down his cheeks.

After her outburst, Marinette finally calmed down. Heavy rain started to pour down on the city, washing the dirty blood off the girl. Chat picked her up and brought her back to her balcony.
He didn't want to let go, he wanted to stay with her but he couldn't. She had to face her parents at some point. Despite his aching heart, he let go of the bluenette's hand and watched her go down to see her parents.

"Mom...Dad..."

Both of them turned back suddenly to see their drench daughter sneefle a bit, "Marinette!"

They both of them rushed to her and hugged her as hard as they could.

"I'm sorry..." mumbled Marinette in a weak voice mixed with sobs.

"It's alright baby, it's okay," wispered her mother.

"I'm the one who should be apologising," added her crying father.

And the three of them stayed like this, together as a loving family.
