15.

I wanted to turn away and run so bad, but it was like my feet were stuck to the cold, winter pavement.

The woman just stood there, staring back at me. Chris came to the door moments later and that's when my legs seem like they unfroze and I was able to pick my feet up and walk back down his steps and towards my car.

"India, hold on." I heard him call after me. I didn't turn around.

He caught up with me right when I was proceeding to get into my car.

"What's the problem? Where you going?" he asked

"What do you mean whats the problem, did you not just see what I seen at the front door? who is she?" I asked

He sighed and rolled his eyes. "It's my cousin." he said

"So out of all family members homes, your cousin decided to come stay at Chris's? With no change of clothes so she ended up in your boxers and t-shirt, right?" I said and squinted my eyes.

"She came over here with my mama last night, that's where she's originally staying while she's down here. Royalty wanted her to stay so she did, she didn't know she'd be staying so she didn't bring a change of clothes.. which are once again at my mom's house, since that's where she'll be staying. My mom wasn't about to get her a change of clothes and then bring her right back, and I didn't feel like going to get any either so I just offered some of my clothes to her." he explained

I stood there with folded arms, taking in what he was saying, making sure I didn't have to cross examine anything.

"My mom about to come get her in about 15 minutes, so chill." he added

"Now can your man get a proper hello? At least a hug or something?" he smiled

I rolled my eyes and wrapped my arms around his neck.

He picked me up and spun me and then put me down so we could walk back towards the house.

"Lets go, It's cold as hell." he said as we walked up the stairs.

When we got inside, the cousin was sitting on the couch and she had on her outside clothes now. Chris went in the kitchen for something.

"I'm Sienna, Chris's cousin, I don't think we've met." she stood up and extended her hand out.

I shook her hand and she sat back down.

"My auntie is coming to pick me up in a few minutes, so I wont be in y'all way for long." she said

"No, you're fine." I assured her

She chuckled lightly, "No, I think I wanna give y'all ya lil space, he spent all night explaining to me who India is and how significant she is in his life, which I could only assume is you, and he really missed you so y'all need this time alone." she said

"You in here busting me out, ain't you Si? You no good." Chris said and sat on the couch

"I'm sorry, but she needed to know." she smiled

Moments later, her auntie, which i'm assuming is Chris's mom, was outside. Sienna said her goodbyes and left.

"Now I can attack you how I been wanting to." Chris said and got up

He abruptly pulled me to him and kissed me. I kissed back as he picked me up and I wrapped my legs around his waist.

As my back was against the wall, he pulled my shirt over my head.

"Maybe we should take this to your bedroom, I would hate for Royalty to walk in on this." I pulled away and said

"Its Tuesday, baby, she at dance class." he grinned and put me down so he could ease my pants off.
