A/N- I'll try to make this chapter longer to make up for the previous one.

Also sorry it took so long to post. I'm losing inspiration, and bad at starting stories. Just wait...trust me. It gets better.

---------------

We all gathered in the living room, Tae, or I could say V,  stood in the middle of the room like a drill sergeant.

"Ok everybody..." V started.

"Wait, wait, WAIT. If your gonna talk like that, then I'm leaving. You are not in the military. And I am your hyung." Jin snapped his fingers all sassy-like.

"K, so anyway..." He began again in his normal tone "I took work of tomorrow and thought, since we haven't seen JaeHee in so long we should do something fun. I mean sure, last night was great and all, but we should've some real fun. Like a bunch of twenty year olds. Any ideas...cause I have 10 tickets to the carnival..." '3'

"OOOH. That actually sounds pretty fun. "

"And we could get on a Ferris wheel, get food, plus play games."

"Really?! I didn't know it was in town! We should totally go!" Hoseok, or J-Hope...squealed.

"That sounds fun, I haven't been since me and Jin came to visit this town as kids!" JaeHee replied.

"Then it's set. We leave in an hour, everyone, MARCH OUT!" V yelled.

Jin glared at him and mumbled "don't. push. it." making everybody chuckle as we split up.

I slipped on a crop-top hoodie, and some jeans. Along with some black converse, dangly earrings, and my purse. I braided a strand of my hair to the side and left the rest down. After I applied some light makeup, I went to check if everyone was ready. They weren't, so I went back into my room and scrolled through Instagram.

While scrolling I saw some pictures of my old friends sipping boba tea during a sunset, I really missed them. I soon noticed that I was DMed by someone unknown. It stated, "Sorry about the parents. And the college. I have opportunity waiting for you. If you want it..."

Reading this gave her an unsettling feeling, how could they know that about her. She didn't tell anyone but close family and friends. JaeHee racked her brain trying to think of who this strange person could be, but no one came to mind...

(I'm just gonna cut to the main scenes at the fair, it's going to take forever to go into details)

"Wait guys! Slow down! I found it!"

We were now at the fair with 7 guys and a girl running around on a wild goose chase, looking like we were on drugs. Seconds later I stopped in my tracks and pointed to a small ring toss stand, cupped my hands around my mouth and yelled"It's over here!" The 6 men sprinted over to me like their lives depended on it. (Yoongi, obviously walked.)

Once they finished scrambling over each other, Jimin went up to v looking at him at disbelief and says. "If what you say is true, I'll give you 20 bucks..."

"Fine, you're gonna regret it though."

Jimin smirked at V.  "We'll see about that, get ready to pay up!"

I leaned over to Namjoon questioning why we needed to find this stand anyway, he responded with "After we decided on going to the fair, V and Jimin got into an argument because V told Jimin that the last time he went to the fair he got over 50 rings onto the pegs in a row. Jimin obviously didn't believe him, so here we are now..."

"Guys, look! A Ferris wheel! We should go!" Jungkook grinned showing his little bunny smile.

Oh no. Oh no, no, no. There is no way on earth I am getting on that thing. "I don't know, they make me kinda..."

I looked at Jungkook visibly excited. How could I say no to that face?

"Let's go."

And thats how I found myself on a Ferris wheel with Jungkook hundreds of feet in the air.

I gripped my knees and squeezed my eyes shut, trying to comfort myself. I felt the weight of the cart shift, which made adrenaline surge through my veins. But soon, a comforting hand was on my shoulder. So I opened my eyes.

I was met with Jungkook looking at me with a worried expression. He was genuinely concerned for me, which made me feel strange. The soothing voice interrupted my thoughts

"Noona, are you ok? You look anxious."

JaeHee relaxed her hands a little, enough for him to hold one.

"I'm fine. Just a little scared of heights..." she blushed and looked down feeling embarrassed.

"You'll be okay, I'm here. I won't let anything happen to you." He gave her the bunny smile once again.

Taking her hand in his, JaeHee felt her heart tense up. But why? She felt safe...

And that's when she realized, she knew this feeling all too well.

When everyone exited their individual carts we met up at food stand. While ordering Jin's phone went off. He typed each number to his pass word the boys crowded him in curiosity. He opened his email account and followed line by line what the message read.

His face lit up with joy, and so did the others. Their heads slowly lifted in sync, almost scary like, with the face of shock to joy smothered onto them. They all stared at me with smiles, and handed me the phone.

Word by word my heart enlightened.

"Dear Ms. Kim,

According to the message you have previously sent us, our college is looking for someone like you. For more information, we have an opening appointment later today. We appreciate your time and hope to see you soon."

"You might wanna get going..." Jin grinned.

Hope you got what you came for :)
