LUKE'S POV
Complete silence for another 5 minutes. Until I spoke up.
"I like you too Nina." I said resting my forehead on hers.
"I like you Luke. But" she started.
I cut her off and placed my lips to hers. I knew what she was going to say. My game. That stupid game. For what? Breaking hearts? How idiotic of me. I can't do this to her. Why is it different with her. What's so great about Nina? I had to pull away from our heated kiss. I felt too guilty.
"Maybe we should go to sleep yeah?" I said.
She nodded then smiled and I just stared at her.
"Luke?" She whispered.
"Mhmm?"
"You have to get off of me so we can go to sleep." She poked my chest.
I looked down at her. And I just moved over next to her. We both kept quiet the rest of the night.
"LUKE! NINA! TIME TO WAKE UP!" Calum said as he kicked my side.
"Fuck you Calum." I gave him the finger.
"What time is it?" Nina asked.
"It's 12. We're about to get lunch. Get up." Michael said.
"Where are we going?" Nina asked.
"Some diner Calum knows." Breana said.
"Alright let's go." I said.
When we arrived the girls went to the bathroom, typical. Probably to ask what happened last night.
"Hey about this plan game whatever the hell you want to call it." Ashton said.
"What about it?" I scoffed.
"I don't want to play anymore. I'm not going to break her heart. Breana doesn't deserve that. Guys I really like her." Ashton said.
"Yeah I'm with Ashton. Why don't we call it off." Michael said.
"Do you really want to do that to Nina, Luke?" Calum said.
"Look-" I started.
"Hey we're back. Did you guys order?" Breana said taking a seat next to Ashton.
"Not yet babe." Ashton kissed her on the cheek.
"Get a room." Michael teased.
"I kissed her on the cheek." Ashton laughed.
"Trust me kissing someone on the cheek sometimes leads to something else. I've learned that." I nudged Nina.
"Shut up Luke!" She slapped my arm.
"I only speak the truth." I lightly pinch her cheeks.
"You guys are weird." Calum said.
"Whatever let's just order." I said.
After we ate we all piled into Ashton's car.
"Hey I just got a text from my mum she said she's home. So you guys can drop us off there if you want." Nina said.
"Awwww do you guys have to gooooo?" Ashton said. - more towards Breana of course.
"We should hang out real soon." Cassidy said.
"Yeah we should." Michael kissed her on the cheek.
"I think were here." Ashton said.
We all got out of the car and Michael and Ashton gave Cassidy and Breana their hugs. Calum and I gave them hugs and I hugged Nina last. I didn't want to let her go. I really like her. She's different, makes me want to be a better person. But I can't be selfish. I don't deserve her. But I don't think I can live without her. I don't think I'm exaggerating either.
"Uh Luke? Time to go." Calum said.
I didn't realise we were still hugging.
"Oh sorry." I scratched the back of my head and stepped back from our hug.
Michael and Ashton were already in the car. The girls were walking up the driveway. Calum opened the door so we can get in. I felt someone pull on my shirt.
"Sorry but I had to do this. Again." Nina said.
"Do wha" I got cut off by her smashing her lips to mine.
She pulled back after about a couple seconds.
"See you guys later." She started to trail off.
I grabbed her wrist pulling her into into my chest. I kissed her again.
"Now we'll see you later." I said hugging her again.
I really didn't want to let her go. I don't want to go back to my old ways. She makes me happy.
"Bye." I waved getting in the car.
I sighed as I sat back in my seat.
"What was that bro?" Calum said.
"What was what?" I responded.
"You can't do that to her we aren't going to let you." Ashton said.
"We can go back there and tell her." Michael said.
"Yeah mate, do that then Cassidy and Breana would know. They both are part of the plan as well did we forget?"
