Akaneki- Shape Shifter

A/N: Sorry didn't get to upload another shot for a while again, I had my exams 2 weeks ago and last week, I had to complete all my unfinished homework. I still didn't get to watch the new episode of RG:re and the 3rd season of Boku No Hero T^T, so yeah got many things to do. I think it's finally time to make an Akaneki shot, since he's the hottest out of all the nekis (except my hubby Haise, he's in the
same level of hotness as Akaneki ๑･̑◡･̑๑ ). I guess u guys already know that I didn't read the :re manga and stuff, so most of what Akaneki and Reader are doing is somewhat an alternate version on what event is going to unfold  in the manga.

It was another night for Haise Sasaki. Doing tons of paperwork with the help of a dim lighted lamp in his rented apartment. The bespectacled male didn't even get a chance to read the new novels bought and rarely gets a chance to sit back and relax with some hot black coffee.

"Ugh" Haise groaned and laid his back on is office chair and said

"To think that I'll ever get a break"

"And I still have to pick up Arima's packa-" His complains were cut off by a strange noise coming from the outside of his balcony.

Suspicious, Haise went to check it out and he saw a mysterious figure sitting on the edge of the balcony railing.

He was about to say something to the figure until it jumped off the balcony with no sweat and scratches.

"Hey wait!" Haise shouted and saw it running to the alleyway. Being the curious man that he is, the edgy cinnamon roll ran out of his apartment (but still closed his door and turned of his stove) and chased the interesting silhouette.

After all that sweaty running, he finally arrived to the alley and kept panting, for him, it's been really long time since he ran like there's no tomorrow.

pant pant pant Haise lowered his head down.

"Hello Ken"

He looked up and he saw a familiar purple head with one eye covered by her emo bangs.

"Touka..." Haise whispered and finally stopped panting.

She giggled and said "am I ?"  then she shaped her face into Akira Mado.

"Y/N..." he whispered, feeling sad when he saw your face.

"Great job Sherlock! Sorry to bother you with your CCG business, but I have to talk to you bout something more important." You said as you shape shifted into your true form, with h/c hair, mischievous e/c orbs, and s/c skin.

"What is that you want to talk about ?"

"Before I tell you, I just want to congratulate you on getting your memories back, really can't stand that Haise kid."

"And I want you to help me" you whispered the last part.

"After two years of knowing you, I never thought that the SS rated Shape Shifter would want my help, I always thought she would be the lone wolf type." Kaneki laughed and you blushed out of embarrassment.

"I changed okay! Ever since your two years of absence !" You semi shouted so no one can hear you besides the black haired man.

"Besides, I think it's your turn to help me, since I had always helped you when you were still a wimpy nerd." You said and playfully smacked his head.

"Okay fine" He said in a monotone voice.

"what is it that you need my help for?"

"My friend has been captured by your friends and sent him to Cochlea."

"I thought your need of help was something more urgent." He bluntly stated.

"Looks like I wasn't the only one who changed." You said and gave a painful expression.

There was a moment of silence between the two you, until you spoke up again.

"After you were reported missing, I managed to find someone who ended up being my friend and kept me companied in my solo hunting spree, he was not physically strong compared to us, but he has information regarding on that new SS ghoul at Ward 18."

"It's a He?" Kaneki questioned and arched an eyebrow.

"Jealous are we? No it's nothing like that actually, that ghoul from Ward 18th I've mentioned, was his girlfriend." you smirked.

"I'm not jealous." Ken stated.

"Sure whatever." You said hiding the fact that you were disappointed that Ken doesn't show any signs of affection anymore.

You two shared another moment and awkward tension with each other until Kaneki spoke up.

"If I help you break your friend out of Cochlea, can you also take Hinami with you, her execution date is coming really soon and I want someone that I can trust to protect her."

"Sure. She , Yoshimura and Irimi were the only ones that I don't find annoying during the somewhat good old days.

"When are we gonna start the plan exactly?"

"Tomorrow after your work, I'll be at your balcony waiting, buy me some coffee too, I'll probably won't hunt tomorrow." You said and wink at Kaneki, which made him blush.

"And Ken, if this ghoul and human fiasco is finally resolved, why don't both of us drink a nice hot coffee by the rice fields. Both of us know this will never happen but hey a girl can dream." You waved a goodbye to him and jumped to a rooftop, running to the next ward.

When you left, Ken sighed and took of his specs.

"I wish I can take you back with me and relive the moments we had two years ago, Y/N."
