"Ichika, Ichika where are you!"

Your little Oreo head girl was hiding away from you, since she finds it satisfying when you go looking for her. You can't help, but think that your 3 years old midget has a thing for enjoying your suffering, but I guess that's how all babies and toddlers are.

While finding, you heard little giggles coming from the master bedroom. You followed the giggles and you caught your daughter and tickle matched her.

"Ahahahaha" your daughter laughed and she tickled you back.

You two kept tickling each other for hours, until both of you had enough.

"Ichika, how bout we get some ice cream, it's gonna be apple flavored!" You smiled.

"Yes!" She said happily and immediately went to get her favorite purple sweater that Aunt Touka gave to her.

Ichika is really a sweet and caring child, just like your husband, Kaneki.

2 years ago, Kaneki disappeared, some said he was killed by Kishou Arima and some said he joined the CCG. You have no idea if those rumors were true or not and you cried and got depressed for days, Touka and your friends from Anteiku comforted you in your time of need. Till this day, you're still depressed that he's missing/dead, but you have to continue living for Ichika's sake.

Back to the current matter, you and Ichika went to the park and bought an ice cream. You bought her an apple flavored one since she's obviously obsessed with apples (and Yoriko's bread).

While the little girl was licking her ice cream on a bench, you were reading 'Dear Kafka' one of Takatsuki Sen's novels. You met Takatsuki-San once when you let her sign 'The Black Goat's Egg' for Kaneki and you can't help but feel like everything about her is mysterious and dangerous. Well you can tell she's a ghoul from her scent, but maybe she's somewhat a SS rated one. You're not a strong ghoul yourself, in fact the CCG aren't onto to you yet. Which made you feel sad cause you're not part of the 'Ghouls With Cute Nicknames' squad, but the good thing is that you and Ichika are still safe from the doves.

Going back to the real occurrence, you were reading the novel for a long period of time and you just realized Ichika wasn't beside you anymore. Panicked, you stood up and went looking for her like a mad woman. You admit, you're not the best mom in the world, heck Touka makes a better mother for Ichika. (Cough cough)

You looked and looked then you saw her by the water fountain with a familiar looking young man.

"Ichika! You got me worried!" you ran up to her.

"Mommy! I found Daddy!" He exclaimed happily while pointing at the young man.

You looked at the man and you were astounded. He had captivating gray eyes and a two toned hair just like Ichika's. No wonder why she mistaken him as her father.

"Ichika! Don't say that!" You scolded and carried her.

"I'm very sorry about my daughter sir." you sincerely apologized to the man.

"Oh it's okay, really" he chuckled and continued

"I'm Sasaki Haise by the way!" He said while sticking his hand out, waiting for a hand shake.

You accepted his hand shake and replied

"Nice to meet you Sasaki-San, I'm Kaneki Y/N and this is my daughter Kaneki Ichika."

After that simple greeting, the two of you chatted for a while and Ichika just gave you the face of "Finally Mommy Is Gonna Get Laid Again", which made you deeply concerned of her well being.

"Welp Kaneki-San I'd be frappé if you and your daughter would come with me at :re tomorrow afternoon, I'd like to know you better and this Little Apple Fritter!" He said cheerfully and ruffled Ichika's hair.

You were shocked when he said 'Little Apple Fritter' that was the nickname Ken gave Ichika when she was still a baby, but you ignored that fact and agreed to his request. He bowed at you and said farewell to both you and Ichika.

You stared at Sasaki-San walking, until

"Mommy he's really nice! You should go date him!" Ichika blurted out happily.

"What?! Ichika, I just met him plus mommy is not ready for relationships!" You scolded her and blushed madly.

"But Mommy I don't want you to be alone forevah!"

For a 3 years old, she had the attitude of 'that one best friend'. Maybe you should stop letting Touka hang out with Ichika.

"Why Ichi-" you were about to scold her again but you realized it won't go anywhere, so you gave up and Ichika smiled in triumph.

You can't help but think of what your mischievous daughter just said.

"Lonely Forever" ???

"Well I guess it is time." you thought and sighed as you and Ichika walked back home.

"I guess it is time to move on

Or to :reunite?"

When I'm still depressed that Ken and Touka finally have Ichika in their lives, I mean I'm happy that Kaneki is finally happy and stuff but ARIGGHUREGHWEOIJEOIFJEBFEJFJF it just makes me jealous that I'm probably gonna end up being a lonely virgin who fantasizes Kaneki Ken and Hatsune Miku 24/7. Anyways I hoped u enjoy this one shot.
