Chapter 5: First Feelings

Junior and Cody where walking to Junior's house. Junior was walking fast and Cody didn't understand why.
"Uh, Junior? Is there are reason your walking fast?" Cody asked.
Junior didn't even realize he was walking fast. He walked slower.
"Uh, no" Junior lied. "I guess I'm just excited for the sleepover"
The real reason Junior was walking fast was to make sure Joseph wouldn't see them. He didn't want Joseph to know he was having a sleepover and hanging out with Cody.
Junior and Joseph hung out a lot. Joseph would mainly make jokes about Cody and his Ken doll. Junior would always laugh at them even tho he felt bad.
If Joseph found out Junior was hanging with Cody, he'd tell the whole school. Then all the kids would pick on him for hanging out with the nerd. Junior called Cody a nerd as a joke many times before and Cody didn't really mind it.
They arrived at Junior's house. They walked in and Junior asked Chef Pee Pee if he could make burnt macaroni and cheese for dinner. It was Junior and Cody's favorite so he agreed.
They went up to the game room and sat in a awkward silence.
"So, Uh wanna watch t.v?" Junior asked breaking the silence.
"Sure" Cody replied.
They couldn't find anything good on, so they just watched the space channel. They were taking about planets.
"See, Cody! This will prove that the sun is a planet!" Junior said confidently.
"Junior how many times do I have to tell you this? The sun is a star!" Cody said
"Then why is it round? Jupiter is round and it's a planet! And the sun is round so that means the suns a planet!" Junior said.
There argument was interrupted by Chef Pee Pee telling them dinner was ready.
Dinner got their minds off the argument and they both forgot about it when they went back up to the game room.
"Chef Pee Pee we're bored!" Junior yelled.
"Then watch a movie or something!" Chef Pee Pee snapped back.
"Oh! We could watch Big Hero 6!" Cody said jokingly.
Junior turned around and faced Cody. "Cody I swear to God..." Junior mumbled.
Cody started laughing
"Well how about we watch this farm movie, it has your mom in it" Junior said pointing to the pig on the cover.
"Really Junior? Well I guess I deserved it" Cody said.
They ended up watching Cars.
About a hour into the movie Cody fell asleep and laid on Junior's shoulder.
Junior felt different went Cody was laying on his shoulder. His stomach began to feel weird.
Junior! Snap out of it! You can't have feelings for him! He probably doesn't even like you... he only likes his stupid Ken doll. What would Joseph think if you told him you liked him? Oh shut up Junior!
You're not gay.................right? Junior thought.
He continued to worry about this and sooner or later he realized the movie was over. He slowly grabbed the remote and turned off the t.v trying not to wake up Cody.
Junior rested his head against Cody's and fell asleep and clear his mind.
