Chapter 17: Nightmare

Junior woke up to a bright light hitting his eyes. He slowly opened his eyes.
The sun was out. Gee how long was I asleep? Junior thought.
He noticed his hands were around Cody. He blushed. Cody was still asleep.
Junior was hungry, he decided to go downstairs.
"Chef Pee Pee!" Junior yelled as he walked into the kitchen.
"What Junior?" Chef Pee Pee asked as he was washing dishes.
"Can you make me breakfast?" Junior asked.
"Sure" Chef Pee Pee said annoyed "let me guess you want Doofy O's"
"Yes" Junior replied.
Then there was a sound of breaking glass in Junior's room
Junior jumped. "Cody!?" He said running upstairs
He ran into his room and saw the window was broken, and Cody was no where to be seen.

Junior looked out the window and saw Cody's body on the pavement below.
"Cody!" Junior screamed and ran down stairs as fast as he could.
"Junior what is it?" he heard Chef Pee Pee say but he ignored him.
Junior made it outside and ran to Cody's body.
He was still breathing.
"Junior.. Junior.." he mumbled
"What!? What is it Cody!?" Junior asked alarmed
Cody went from mumbling to yelled "Junior!"

Junior woke up. Cody was by him
"Junior are you okay? You where shak-" Cody was interrupted by Junior hugging him
"You're ok!" Junior said and began crying
"Yeah, of course I am" Cody said "did you have a nightmare? Want to talk about it?"
Junior let go of Cody and looked at him
"W-Well you j-jumped out of t-the window and I t-thought you d-died and.. and and and.." Junior took a breath
"Hey hey it's ok" Cody replied "look at me" he said and lifted Junior's head up
"It wasn't real, I'm fine.. you'll be ok Junior I promise.."
Junior looked away from Cody and noticed Joseph
"J-Joseph?" Junior asked
"Uh, hey dude" Joseph said awkwardly.
"What are you doing here?" Junior asked rubbing his eyes
"Well" Cody said "to cheer you up, we convinced Chef Pee Pee to take us to Chuck E Cheese"
"Chuck E Cheese?! Really?!" Junior asked excitedly
"Can Jeffy come too?"
"Sure I guess" Cody replied "now come on! Lets go!"
Cody held Junior's hand.
I'll tell him how I feel when we get there Cody thought and smiled
