Kong was busy in the kitchen when P' Arthit staggered to take a seat on the dining table. Kong doesn't have a heart to wake him up after seeing the older man's sleeping face, so he just let him be. But the clock showed 11 am now, almost time for lunch. Kong guessed the older man was awake because he was too hungry to sleep.

"Morning, P' Arthit." Kong greets his still sleepy lover with a kiss on top of his lover's head. It was a testament of how tired and sleepy P' Arthit was, because the older man doesn't even make a response for it.

P' Arthit was more awake after he finished off his plate of brunch and now peacefully sipping his hot chocolate while browsing his phone. Kong was content to watch his phi silently, propping his head on his hand and sitting in front of him. But there's a tickling feeling in his heart to tease his new lover.

"Phi, can I have my proper kiss now?" he asked casually.

Ah. P' Arthit froze now. He looks like a soft and cute statue.

"No." his phi said, mouth forming a pout that almost irresistible to Kong.

"Aw, phi~" he half-seriously whined. "The price for your kiss is so expensive, you know.. I pay a high prized for that!"

"Huh?" P' Arthit decided to placed his phone and stared at him confusedly.

Oops.

"Ah. Well.. Phi, you really forgot about our first meeting, don't you?"

"What?" there's a trace of disbelief in P' Arthit's face.

"First, get my attention. The bigger the better. Kiss me when I'm drunk and show me the photo, for instance."

"Aw, Phi.. how can I so brazenly kiss you?" Kong tried to humor the older man.

"Easy." P' Arthit clucked. "Just said the name, 'Namtarn'. She was my first and unrequited love. I'm mostly over her by now. Still, could give you something."

"I knew it!" P' Arthit pointed his fingers to Kong's face accusingly. "I knew that something wasn't right!" he exclaimed.

"Ah.. so you remember?"

"Err.. no. but I have suspicion about it. no wonder you seem to know more about me even when we first met after that photo incident." He grumbled. And then a flash of understanding come.

"The kiss! Oh my God! I didn't call that name, did I?"

Kong grinned. "Nope."

"Second. Everyone knows you can give your love interest attention and things they like. And it was public knowledge that I like pinkmilk." P' Arthit told him. Kong listened with a rapt attention. "There's something I like more when I feel tired, a homecooked meal."

"Is that so? Then, I should learn to cook." Kong murmured to himself, making a note in his mind.

Beside him, P' Arthit grinned. "You do that."

"And the homecooked meal! The swiss roll! Oh my God, the swiss roll!" P' Arthit now slumped back to his seat, hands covering his face. Kong still grinned at him with mirth in his eyes. He enjoys this moment, a payback for letting him wait for years to finally kiss the man.

"And one more thing. This is the most important." P' Arthit said, a forefinger on his lips as if signaling him to keep it a secret. "There's nothing more that could bring me tears than when you bake me strawberry swiss roll cake, with the biggest strawberry on top. Bring that to me when I feel accomplished and after doing an especially hard-working task."

"Fuuckk.." he can hear P' Arthit repeatedly cursing behind his hands.

"Come on, Phi.. P' Arthit khrub.. please cease what you're doing. Please don't be embarrass anymore." Kong cajoled.

"Easy for you to say!" P' Arthit retorted. But at least now Kong can see his lover's face as the older man is now sending daggers at him with his eyes. "This.. is this something the drunk me thought about?"

Kong tried hard to resist laughing at his phi, he still valued his head after all. But the look P' Arthit sent to him was comical. His eyes pleaded to tell him that it was untrue, and the face shows a mix of disbelief and suspicion. But Kong decided to come clean.

"Yes, phi. In fact, we met before I finished high school. You were the one who suggested me to do a double degree." After hearing this, P' Arthit groaned and buried his face on his hands again. Kong could only smile helplessly and let the older man wallowed in self-pity for a longer time to get over it.

The kiss he hope to get can wait. He is used to wait, after all.
