Me  : Guys, STOP FIGHTING! Dylan, Alex is SO not worth it.

Alex : Aw, did I get you a little riled, Dylan?

Dylan : Shut up, you little punk! That's all you've ever been -- a self-centered little punk!

Alex : And all you've ever been is a meathead jock! Can't even get a girlfriend. Golden boy my ass.

Dylan : At least I know how to treat girls, scumbag! MonD deserves respect.

Me : You're not worth wasting time over. Come on Dylan. Let's go inside and forget about Alex.

Dylan : Thanks. But I'm going to head out. See you later monD.

So Dylan starts his engine and drive away...

Me : You're like a bad girl cliche, Alex. Your heart is empty and cold. Don't EVER come near me again!

So I ran into my house, leaving her standing alone outside her yard...

The next day...

Me : ugh. I should never have trusted Alex.

Violet : I'm sorry, MonD.

Me : What am I doing with my life? Vi?

Violet : Dude, sometimes I eat a bag of marshmallows by myself and I wonder the same thing. Ok, you need to snap out of it. You need to do something to get your mind off of things.

Me I know I should... but I want to mope. Moping around the house is a natural reaction to heartbreak, Vi. Look it up.

Violet : I only have to look you up -- and down. To know that mopping is doing NOTHING for your general appearance. 

Me : Fine. I'll text Dylan and see if he wants to hang out.

Text :

"Dylan? Wanna hang out?"

"Sorry, busy"

Me : He says he's busy. Which means he needs a break from me.

Violet : For someone who wants nothing to do with love... you have some serious drama going with Alex and Dylan. 

Me : I know. And I hate that I came between them. They've been best friends since they were little kids.

Violet : And you know something about losing best friends.

Me : Yeah... Kaitlyn and Jeyna. Speaking of the "Toxic T" -- All of this crud started when SHE showed up. I got so upset, I trusted Alex --

Violet : Who theb turned around and tickled tonsils with Tianna,  and here we are.

Me : Exactly!  I need to tell Jeyna off once and for all.

Violet : Want me to come with you?

Me : No, I want to face her alone.
