Chapter 16

Shawn's POV:

As Matt was driving us home I wasn't feeling that good.
"Hey babe what's wrong?" Nicole asks
"I'm just not feeling well" I say. Nicole put her hands on my forehead.
"I think you have a fever. You feel very hot" Nicole says kissing my cheek. Matt then got to someone's house.
"This is my house and next doors is matts" Nicole says as I nod. We get out of the car and I felt dizzy. I stumbled to walk. We got to the door. Nicole opened it and she brought me upstairs.
"Stay here and rest. I saw you stumbling to walk" Nicole says grabbing a blanket for me. She kisses my cheek then she leaves and shuts the door. I just know that I'm dating the right girl. I fell asleep.

Nicole's POV:

I came downstairs and saw Matt on the couch.
"Is shawn okay?" Matt asks.
"Yeah he's sick I guess" i say. I was on Christmas break so I didn't have school. I went on my phone. I had a lot of messages from an unknown number.
"I heard shawn is sick. Better way to get closer to you" I then knew it was the stalker guy. I instantly got afraid. Shawn is back but he still has to go to his home to see his family. And he's sick. Maybe I was just imagining things. I went to grab me some water. I saw someone at the window but they went away. I freaked out and screamed. Matt came running into the kitchen.
"What's wrong?" Matt asks.
"Someone at the window" I say breathing heavily.
"Your imagining things okay?" Matt says. I nod. Could it be that stalker or am I just being crazy? I shrugged it off and sat on the couch. I turned on the tv but it said that it didn't have any signal. I looked outside. It wasn't snowing or raining. How does my tv have no signal? I went to my 'parents' room to lay down for a bit just to get my mind cleared. I looked at the window and I swear I saw someone. I started shaking and got out of the room. I went to my room and saw a sleeping shawn. I couldn't just wake him up. I shut the door and went downstairs.
"Nicole my mom needs me! I'll be back in 1 hour" Matt says as I nod and he leaves. I then heard someone come downstairs. It was shawn. Thank god he's awake cause I was so scared. I smile and pat my hands on the couch motioning him to sit next to me. He comes.
"I have a problem" I say
"What is it baby?" Shawn says
"The stalker texted me again. And I saw someone out my window 2 times" I say.
"Okay now this is getting scary. I'm going to have to stay with you at all times now. Even when we sleep I have to stay up okay?" Shawn says
"No, no shawn. Your sick. Your not doing anything. I just need you with me" I say
"Being sick isn't gonna stop me from doing anything" shawn says
"Shawn your just gonna rest okay?" I say
"No I want to help" shawn says
"But you aren't going to" I say
"Yes I am and you can't do anything about it" shawn says.
"Please shawn" I say
"No! I'm going to help and I don't care what you think!" Shawn says. I sigh
"Okay" I say. Shawn wraps his arms around me. I feel bad. He's sick and he wants to help.
"Do you want anything to eat?" I ask.
"Yea" shawn says.
"Okay I'll be back" I say standing up only to be sat back down by shawn.
"Your staying with me" shawn says.
"Then I can't make anything. And plus we are at my house" I say
"But there's someone outside your house" shawn says.
"Ugh fine" I say. I laid on the other side of the couch. I looked at shawn and he motioned me to come lay next to him. I got up and put my head on his chest and then went on my phone. I put it away and I was going to kiss shawn but he stopped me.
"I'm sick I don't want to get you sick" shawn says
"Shawn we haven't seen each other in 4 months. And I don't care if I get sick because of you. I love you so I don't care" I say. Shawn smiled as I kissed him. We pulled apart and I heard a noise.
"Did you hear that?" Shawn asks holding me tight. I nod shaking.
"It's probably something outside" I say. The power then went off. I noticed that shawn was more scared then me.
"Shawn stop being scared it's probably nothing" I say
"do you realize how much danger you are in" shawn asks.
"You don't know!" I say. The doorbell than rung. I got up but shawn grabbed my arm.
"Don't answer it" shawn says.
"Shawn let to its probably Matt or someone I know" I say as I jerked my arm away from him.
"NICOLE DONT!" Shawn says. I rolled my eyes and answered the door. It was just a Girl Scout.
"Hi would you like any cookies?" The little girl asks.
"Yeah how much?" I ask.
"$2 each" she says,
"I'll take 2 boxes then" I say giving her money and grabbing the boxes. I closed the door and went back to the couch.
"You freak out to much!" I say tossing a cookie box at him.
"I love Girl Scouts cookie!" Shawn says opening the box. I roll my eyes at him and sit on the couch.
"Come lay down with me" shawn says.
"No" I say biting a piece of a cookie.
"Pleeeeeeeeeease?" Shawn asks doing a cute puppy dog face.
"Fine shawna" I say laying on his chest. I grabbed his hands and started playing with them. The doorbell rung again.
"I'll get it" I say standing up.
"be back soon I already miss you" shawn says as I smile. I open the door and see someone dressed in black. He had a bag and I gave a questioning look. He then got the bag and put it over me and picked it up. I started screaming.
"SHAWN!" I yell as I hear the door shut. He threw me somewhere which I think was a van. He took the bag off of me and tied my hands together and duct taped my mouth. He then tied me to a chair. I started crying.

Shawn's POV:

I heard screaming. I instantly got up and saw a guy with a bag and I think Nicole was in it. She then shouted my name but I was too dizzy to run. I walked and I saw some black dots. I still walked and saw the van take off. I looked and saw a car. I got the keys to it and went inside and started driving. It wasn't hard cause I didn't feel that dizzy since I wasn't walking. I felt some tears come down knowing that my girl is in trouble. I followed the white van and they parked at a abandoned store. I then saw Nicole tied up onto a chair as they walked in. I quietly got out of the car and I almost fell. But I wasn't gonna let my dizziness get in my way of saving Nicole. I then quietly went inside.

Nicole's POV:

They brought me to an abandoned store and took me upstairs. They placed me down.
"Well look who's here" someone says as they turned and I was shocked
