-------Jason (yay new POV :)-------
Jason was... Well, he couldn't really find a word. He could say this though: he was tired, excited, dreadful, suspicious, stressed out, anxious, and curious. If there was a word for all of those emotions mixed up together, that's what he'd be. Now, he has to listen to Piper's plan, which he is suspicious about, and has a feeling that he wouldn't like it.
Jason Grace was right. He did not like Piper's plan.
"So, what is it? Please make this quick, I really want to go back to my room," Leo said, his arm around Calypso. She giggled.
"Wait.. You guys aren't going to have.. you know.. Right?" Percy asked. Leo's face turned as red as a tomato. "No! Hell no! I was just thinking about maybe some kissing but leave it at that! I'm too young for that shit!" Piper was on the verge of laughing and Percy burst out laughing, as Annabeth lightly slapped him.
Jason rolled his eyes. "Anyways," he said, trying to change the topic, "what's your plan, Pipes?" Percy smiled and went to her side, as if he was excited for it to be presented. Jason got suspicious, like why is he next to my girlfriend like that? But then, he got mad at himself for thinking that. Piper and Percy have gotten really close over the years, and he had no right to think that, because he and Annabeth had bonded a lot, too. They were very alike, and he could say the same thing about Percy and Piper.
"Well, basically, I was wondering if we could charmspeak our way into getting into the camp. I could ask my dad to send me a private jet to take Percy and me to California, and then, because Percy came up with this awesome idea that we could show off our surfing skills by him creating a really big super fast wave, and just look like we surfed there all the way from New York, but really we just came from the closest beach." Piper said, confidently. "I know it sounds super complicated and stuff, but its going to be insanely fun," Percy grinned.
"Ummm, Pipes, I don't think that was such of an awesome idea from Percy," Hazel said, laughing. "I know, but it's going to be so fun!" Piper said.
"I like this idea. You are basically faking an epic entrance to California, while you aren't actually faking it, because it is gonna be epic either way, and also at the same time, you could just ask your dad to get his private jet for all of you guys, and just go there together, peacefully. Can we go now?" Leo asked, groaning.
"But that, my Leo, will take all the fun out of everything. And yes, you may leave to do whatever you are going to do.." Percy laughed and Leo glared at him, as he, Calypso, Frank, and Hazel left the living room. "Sorry guys, but Jace and Annie, you both are so boring." Percy added, "But I still love you, my Wise Girl." Annabeth half smiled at him, but Jason detected a bit of sadness in her eyes.
"So, you guys ready to do this stupid idea?" Piper said, excitedly.
"Piper, no." Jason said, surprisingly with a stern voice. "Huh? Why?"
"I really don't like you using your charmspeak for things like this. It honestly scares me."
Piper had a perplexed look on her face. "Um.." They all just stood there, awkwardly.
"Well," Annabeth said, breaking the silence, "why dont we talk about this later? Lets get to bed, its really late." Everybody nodded, and went into their respective rooms to changed.
Jason opened the door and let Annabeth go first. "I might've sounded a little bit rude then.. Did I? Ugh," Jason said. Annabeth turned around, and Jason could see that her stormy grey eyes was on the verge of tears. "Annabeth? What happened? Are you okay?" Jason asked, concerned.
Annabeth sat down on her bed at looked down. "I think i'm going to break up with Percy," she said, still looking down.
"What? Did something happen?" Jason was really surprised. They've known each other since they were 12, what could've provoked this?
"I don't love him like that anymore. I love Percy, so much, but I love him like a best friend.. And I don't know what to do. I need him in my life, I still want him to be my best friend, but just not the guy i'm dating. It just.. Doesn't feel right. And I have no idea what to do." Jason sat next to her and supportively put an arm around her.
"Okay, wow. I am definitely not the best at giving advice to people, but I think that you should just sit him down, hold his hand, and tell him nicely. Tell him everything that you told me, and that you don't want to hurt him and still be best friends. And then, just wish for the best. Okay? You will be fine, no matter what happens," Jason said, trying to sound as assuring as possible.
"Thanks, Jason. I'll do that." Annabeth said, smiling, still worried. She hugged Jason, and then went to get her clothes, and went into her walk in closet to change, and so did Jason. Annabeth left, and Jason waved bye to her, and then Piper walked in, in her pajamas, wearing a grey shirt, pink pants with grey polka dots on them, and grey and pink bunny slippers. Her hair was up in a messy bun. She looked really worried, and was biting her nails.
"Hey, Pipes." Jason said, smiling at her, kind of concerned.
"Jason..?"
"Yeah?"
"I heard everything.."
