Mercy

   As I was leaned against the edge of the railing of the top deck with a machete to my throat Calum, using a shot gun, shot the staff member in the head, blood splattering everywhere.

"C'mon let's go! We need to find the others!"

          ~~~Flashback~~~

   After the next day after the two fell off and Aries disappeared, things went down hill. It was getting more intense. More rooms and floors were locked and since there was still more staff than survivors, we didn't know where they were. We all stuck together. The first night Luke almost got killed if it wasn't for Ashanti who came from behind and stabbed the back of his head. I was non-stop worried about Ashton and Kirana since these waters do have sharks and they have no food or fresh and purified water.

   I handled the guns and with each night someone would record the whole thing. Once we hit land, we're going straight to authorities but first we need to kill this Captain  or stop him at least.

"Merce!" Luke shouts and I look over at him and he was holding out a plate with a sandwich on it.

"sorry for yelling at you, you weren't responding the first three times I said your name." He says and I wave him off and took the plate.

"Thank you and it's fine. I'm just worried about them." I say looking out the window of the room and he nods.

"I am too...but we have to get ready for tonight." He says and I nod and take a bite of the sandwich.

          ~~~Skip to Present time~~~

   Just as Calum and I ran out of no where a staff member rams into the side of me and we both fall off the deck into the dark blue waters. I surface and saw Calum frantically looking around. I saw him mouth something but I couldn't hear him. He throws a rope off the side of the ship and it was just barely above the water. As the current was taking the staff and I felt something pull me down. I look below me and saw the outline of the staff and I look up and saw multiple outlines of sharks. I kick the guy and swim to the surface and tried to wade myself to the rope. Right as I reach out for the rope the guy grabs me again and drags me down. We both were struggling until I heard a slight rumble. Just figuring it was the waves I kick him one last time and I look up to see the jaws and jagged teeth of a shark. I move out the way, causing the guy to get attacked. I panic and swim up to the surface and I tried to shoot myself up. I was able to grab the tip of the rope and climb just out of reach before the shark came back. As I reach the deck, Calum grabbed me and we both ran down hallway J and found the others getting surround by staff.

"Get down!" I shout, grabbing an automatic and firing away at the staff, hitting the either in the head or chest.

"Are you guys okay?" I ask and they nod.

"Why are you wet?" Michael asks as he walks up to me and places his hands on the side of my shoulders.

"Fell over board but Calum helped me." I say and he nods and gives Calum a nod before hugging me tightly.

"Sun rise should be in an hour or less." Ashanti says and I nod.

   We made it to the deck when it was a line of staff members, at least 50 of them along with the captain. He gave a crocked smile and stared directly into my eyes.

"Hello last survivors...let's play a little game."
