the moment hyunjin turned off his phone, he smiled and thought of the one thing he wants to have from minji.

hyunjin instantly changed to new clothes and went to where they were suppose to meet up as proposed by minho.

it was the time hyunjin finally get the balls to ask her out. yes, finally after a whole freaking year. he said he'd let minji heal her broken heart first but seems like hyunjin is an impatient man. eventually his "give her some time" statement only meant like a day or so. besides, she barely liked that japanese dude anyway. he was sure she likes him. maybe not just like but we do not know *wink wonk*

"hyung i'm here." as hyunjin arrived, he saw minho leaning against a lime tree in the place they said to meet at, the park.

"great. she'll arrive in a few." minho said as he stood properly and led the both of them to a bench just around the tree.

"will the plan work out?" hyunjin asked as he sat down the bench next to minho.

"of course. i'm a master planner, remember? everything goes as planned when i do it." fanning himself, minho boasted to the younger causing hyunjin to snort at him but not a disagreeing snort but ironically an agreeing snort.

"she's here. go work things out as i said." minho nudged him.

"okay, here we go." hyunjin huffed out and ran towards minji who was bus lookinh for probably him in the food stalls.

"oh hey, i was looking for you just now." she smiled showing her beautiful teeth. yes, seriously.

"figured." hyunjin smiled. "let's head there." hyunjin pointed out to the ice cream stall and bought them both plain vanilla cones.

"here's yours." he handed her the cone of her fave ice cream flavor.

"thanks." it's not the minji everyone else knows that is there right at the moment but the soft and caring minji standing beside a nervous af hyunjin.

both of them stated at the same time making both of them to turn their heads away from each other to relieve the akwardness. but anyway minji was just sassy and all so she took her guts out to start a normal conversation.
