Lance sat on his bed shaking gently as his heart raced. He was going to tell his best friend Hunk something that he knew would change everything.
Hunk was a Christian and held strong beliefs about many different things. Lance knew how much Hunk loved the religion he followed and he also knew what it was like to be apart of Hunks religion.
Lance had been thinking for 1 year on how to tell Hunk but just could never do it, however with some help from his other friends Lance was going to do it.
He never thought it would go this way though.

Hey Hunk, I don't want you to call me because I can't talk on the phone. But I want to tell you something very important.
Hunk - 10:04pm
Ok. What is it?
Lance - 10:04pm
I know this will change the way that you see me and what you think of me but I really value our friendship and feel it is important to tell you.
Hunk - 10:05pm
Ok. Go on.
Lance - 10:05pm

I kind of already knew you were going to say that.

And it's ok if you don't want to be friends, I completely understand

Look. My beliefs aren't going to change because of this. But I don't want you to apologise either. I prefer to see you happy and not keeping secrets because you're afraid I'll judge you. I still think you're and amazing guy and I think that our friendship is too valuable to throw away because of this. I think it will be beneficial for us to speak face to face.

Lance sat there on his bed crying as he sent each message to his friend. He couldn't stop the overwhelming pain from consuming him. The tears streamed down his shaking body.
