Ruins Of A Village Near The Hoai Forest...
The fire that swept through this village has long since been put out. The place was full of charred wood and... bones. Above the wreck were villagers who survived who were wearing plague masks from the British isles.
"This is what happens if we associate ourselves to the unholy! We are in a more dangerous field now because those monsters thought that they can establish a peace with us. There will be no peace between the people of God and the spawns of Satan!" A grown man raised a pitchfork.
Apparently, this man was responsible for burning this village down. This man was the village chief. He was an overly-religious man, a zealot. He is one of those people who believe that sickness and disease were caused by the unholy or the devil. He believed that God was allowing him to kill those who he deems unholy, he was also a known hunter, one who hunts monsters like Lycans. He was Gabriel, right hand of God was his title. The villagers would follow him without question. He was like a prophet, sent by God himself.
"That unholy Queen will get her peace all right. Peace on the stake!" A villager said.
"Down with the demons!" Another shouted.
"When the full moon climbs to the sky, we will strike!" The Chief shouts.
These people were fanatics. These people would follow blindly to the one who seems to have authority on his or her side. And the authority in question would directly be from above. This man, the Chief, does not know what he is doing and thinking. In other words, he was full of himself.

Hoai Castle (In the month of October)...
"Mama! Mama! Higher!" Hannah was giggling while Sophia was throwing her into the air and catching her repeatedly.
They were having fun in the Master's Bedroom, though Sophia is a vampire and could not sleep, she finds use of it for Hannah. Though Hannah is a vampire now, it is practically useless.
Sophia throws her to the air and makes her float. Hannah was enjoying her air time and her play time with her new mother. Sophia was surprisingly doing a good job at being one.
Cornelius slowly entered the room, "My Queen. The meeting will commence soon."
Sophia stopped Hannah from floating and caught her, "Okay, I will be there in a minute."
She puts Hannah down who was giggling from the fun she had, "Okay baby, I will be back here in a moment. Go and see your Auntie Mona for your magic lessons, okay?" Sophia asks her.
"Okay Mama, play later?" Hannah asked with puppy eyes.
Sophia chuckled, "Okay." She then pats her head and leaves the room.
Hannah then skipped to Desdemona's chambers for her magic lessons.
She was greeted by a cheerful old lady with a large sombrero, "Hello there, Hannah."
"Hiya Auntie Mona!"
"Our lesson for today is to looking for a mandrake root. They grow here in Hoai but they are rather hard to spot. We are going on an adventure, you up for it Hannah?" Desdemona told her.
"I love adventures! Yay!" Hannah optimistically said. "But some of the monsters say that mandrake roots cry and make you faint, is that true?" She added.
"No, that is not true. That is only found in a fictional novel dear." Desdemona answered.
"Oh. What is fiction?"
