This boy would be a nervous wreck. You were friends for a while now and to say he has a minor crush would be an understatement. Everyone around you could tell. He made it way too obvious many times. For example, he would show a little more affection to you than Winwin. And that was mind-blowing for everyone.

On your side of the story. You also have feelings for him and would blush whenever he's around or someone just mentioned his name. However, you didn't think that he would ever like you more than a friend. Your reason: There are way too many pretty girls out there, that he would probably prefer. When he started talking about how girls would like to be asked out, your heart sank thinking he found someone that isn't you. However, you, being somewhat of a romantist and his friend, told him that it would be cute to sing a song for the girl. He started to smile at your answer, while you had to plaster one of your fake smiles on to hide the hurt you felt.

It got even worse when he started to hang out less with you. You understood he had a career to take care of but even your late night phone calls turned into messages of just 'Sorry, can't talk today. I'm busy.' You sat on your bed, overthinking. This lead to you crying every now and then but you didn't tell anyone except for your best friends. They came over most of the time. At first to reassure you that he likes you and probably plans a surprise for you that turned into watching funny videos and movies to take your mind off the matter.

Now to the planning of the confession. He probably worked on it for a few weeks now, wanting it to be perfect. He also asked Taeyong, Johnny and Jaehyun for help. At first they would tease the heck out of him until he said that he really wants everything to be special. The day was inching closer and closer until it was his free day and the surprise was about to begin.

Mark's pov:

„What do I do when she says no? It's going to be so awkward afterwards. I don't think it's a good idea," I keep repeating in my head. Pacing around, I can't handle it anymore and tell the guys to leave.

However before I could do that, they knocked on her door and in a matter of seconds it opens revealing Y/n standing there, shocked.

Your pov:

I wasn't in the mood for any visitors but it would be rude of me. Another reason was that I hoped it would be Mark. When I opened the door there wasn't just Mark but Johnny, Jaehyun and Taeyong.

Before I could ask what they were doing here, Johnny played 'XOXO' by Exo. My favourite song from them. Jaehyun started singing, Johnny joined in and soon Taeyong was rapping. I was shocked but at the same time I couldn't help but smile when Mark started rapping Sehun's verse and gave me a bouquet of flowers.

„Will you be my girlfriend?"

„Yes"
