It's been 2 weeks since Sare has last hung out with her boyfriend, Jaehyun. Well, they still talk to each other everyday but he's been so busy that there was no face-to-face conversation. Why? He's always busy considering he is an idol but he had 2 free days which he didn't spend with her at all. This lead to her thinking he doesn't love her anymore no matter how much reassurance she got from the others.
Another few days have passed and now it was her birthday. No birthday wishes except from her family and friends. Even the other members congratulated her on this special day. Sare slowly lost all hope in getting any sort of message. Luckily for her, her friends had her back when she told them about it and went out with her to get her cheerful self back again. However, they of course were a part of Jaehyuns plan.
He has been planning a birthday surprise for the past few weeks. When he got a message from one of her friends, he immediately went inside their apartment (she and her friends live together) and with the help of his group decorated the place. Soon after Taeyong and Doyoung came with the cake.
When they were about to arrive at the door, Sares friends covered her eyes and opened the door for her to walk into the apartment. Being completely perplexed, she had asked them what they were doing but they just told her to wait and see. After a while of Sare just standing in the middle of the living room with her eyes closed, she suddenly felt a presence in font of her. It didn't take long for Sare to realize who it was.
Jung Jaehyun.
The only person she wanted to see on her birthday. The person that means the world to her. Being overwhelmed by all her emotions, she threw herself into his arms and started to cry.
„Happy Birthday, pumpkin. I would never forget the most important day of my favourite person."
She never had a better birthday like this. Being surrounded by her loved ones, a cake with her favourite flavour.
