It was the night of christmas eve. You and your boyfriend, Donghyuck, were sitting near the fireplace. There were also lit candles, which made the atmosphere a little more romantic. That idea came from your boyfriend, which surprised you since he is usually more playful. However, he soon started to annoy you when he came over to your place.

„Y/n, I brought loads of snacks and sweets so that you can get fat. And also, let's make hot chocolate," Donghyuck said after going to your kitchen. You just rolled your eyes because you were so used to it already, it was unbelievable how much love you still had for him.

Even the others thought you two wouldn't last long because of how he teases and roasts you all the time. To say they were surprised when you returned the favour is an understatement. They liked that about you though because no one really does that often enough to him. What they didn't know (at least you thought), was just how soft he became when you two were alone. He is already really clingy with his members, but when he is with you, he never lets go. He is like a koala. But to you it's just cute because that was what attracted you to him. You never wanted a relationship that is only lovey dovey but is also fun. This is exactly what you got being with Donghyuck.

„Hyuck, please don't burn the kitchen like in the vlive."

„Never. I wouldn't want to hurt my baby."

You cringed when he said it but your heart still did flips. Yes, that's the affect he has on you.

„Hey, when do you want to open the presents Hyuck?"

„After finishing making our drinks, so we can sip on hot chocolate and open the gifts." He replied, while already waiting for the milk to boil.

When he was done, he came back with 2 cups of your favourite winter drink, topped with whipped cream and little marshmallows. Then you both exchanged your presents.

Opening yours first, you couldn't hold back but tackle him with a hug. He had bought you a sunflower necklacke plus a matching self-made bracelet. You had mentioned it once that you really liked sunflowers and it was fitting because he called himself 'Fullsun'.

Now it was his turn to open your gift. The moment he unwrapped it, his smile faltered and he looked at you with a 'Are you serious?' look.

„Y/n, I already have overwatch. I don't need it again. Also, this is a waste of space for only one game."

He was right. You put the game in a box, that was too big but that was your plan.

„But you didn't even really look at it, Hyuck. There's more."

And in fact, there was. He just had to get the rest of the wrapping out. When he did that, he found your actual gift to him.

He was talking about it non-stop, it bothered you. But you really love him, so you purchased it one day when you went out with Taeyong to get food for the others.

After seeing it, he was the one tackling you. This lead to you just lying on your carpet, talking, sharing kisses and forgetting your hot drink.
