The curse was lifted. Grandma D's mother could finally Rest In Peace. A few weeks had passed since defeating Vanessa. Serena finished her book and was meeting up with Alison, Boo, Jake, Misty, and the gang at the park. The trees at this park were pink like cotton candy - and gorgeous. They all saw that Serena was sitting down on a blanket looking down at her computer.
"What do you think she needs to talk to us about?" Jake asked.
"We'll see," Alison said.
They all approached her and sat on the blanket. Serena looked at them and smiled.
"I'm so happy you guys made it," Serena said.
"We're happy too," Misty smiled. "What's up?"
"I wanted your guys' input," Serena said, digging into her purse and taking out papers.
"What's this?" Alison asked.
"I wrote a sequel to Melissa's book," Serena smiled.
Everyone just stared at her blankly.
"Are you sure that's a good idea?" Boo asked.
"Why wouldn't it be?" Serena asked.
"Remember what happened with Alison and Melissa?" Judine asked.
"Judine, I have questions for you," Serena told her. "Why would you leave Zoë like that? She was there for you through your pregnancy and everything,"
"I realized my daughter needs to have her father in her life," Judine said, looking down at Serenity. She had grown a lot. She now looked to be about 8 years old. Vampires did grow much faster then normal people.
"Where is dad?" Serenity asked.
"He'll be back soon," Judine said, picking her daughter up.
"I think it's a good idea," KT told them. "It's the truth. People need to know what's going on out there,"
"I agree," Jake said.
"And is it done?" Alison asked.
"Yes," Serena said, getting up and handing her a copy of the book. "Please. Just be the first reader, Alison. I'm publishing it. It's for Melissa,"
"Do whatever," Judine said, walking away with her daughter.
"Just ignore her," Anne said. "Spencer left again,"
Serena then looked over at Judine with her daughter. They were at the park.
"He did?" Serena asked.
"Yeah," Rowan said. "It's sad. She's upset, I can just tell,"
"Thank you all for coming," Serena said.
"Of course," Molly smiled. "We care about you,"
Boo walked over to Serena and hugged her.
"We love you," Boo said. "I'm sorry about Melissa. She didn't deserve that,"
Serena nodded and looked down.
"I just needed some time from it," she told them.
"Take all the time you need," Polly said.
"When's this thing getting published?" Boo asked.
They all smiled and hugged.

Judine was in her apartment with Serenity when there was a faint knock at the door.
"Mommy will be right back," she told her daughter.
Walking over, she peeped through the hole to see Zoë standing outside. Judine opened the door and rolled her eyes.
"What?" Judine asked.
"I don't understand," Zoë told her. "She's my daughter too. Like a daughter. Why did you shut me out after you and Spencer disappeared?"
Judine looked in her eyes and started to tear up.
"I didnt want you in danger," Judine said. "I don't want to lose you. You're a great person. I just love Spencer. I love his child,"
"He basically raped you," Zoë said, crossing her arms.
"Listen," Judine said. "He's gone. You can see Serenity. I was going to tell you eventually. Is Friday okay?"
Zoë smiled. "Yes. It's perfect. I'll be over to pick her up,"
"I can't come with?" Judine asked.
They both looked at each other and smiled.

At Alison's house, the kids were getting ready with KT for her birthday. She was turning 20 years old. The kids were all downstairs talking when KT walked down. She looked as beautiful as ever.
"You look amazing," Misty said.
They all smiled. Alison walked over to her best friend and hugged her.
"I'm so happy to have you back," Alison said.
"Me too," KT smiled.
The doorbell rang and Boo walked over to answer it. Standing in the doorway, was Zora.
"Hi," he said.
"May I?" she asked. "I was invited,"
They all watched her walk in and she smiled. She walked over to KT and handed her a present.
"Happy birthday," she told her.
"Thanks for coming," Alison said.
Zora and Alison continued a conversation just as Grandma D was slicing the cake for everybody. Everybody was there. Happy as can be. It was almost like a happy ending. Alison looked around the room. Marley, Molly, Zora, Serena, Zoë, her niece, KT, Rowan, Polly, Judine, Anne, Grandma D, Jake, Misty, and Boo. Boo. She saw him talking with Jake and she smiled. She loved him. With all her heart. Tonight would be the night she was finally going to tell him how she really felt. He had been there for her since day one. Her protector.
"I'm so happy," Alison muttered to herself, smiling.
