Everything was hazy. It was dark out. Boo, KT, and Jake were ready. More ready then they were ever made to be. Jake walked down the stairs when he turned to see Taylor and Justin sitting down watching a movie, laughing. He then looked over at baby Rachel who was asleep.
"Come on," KT told him.
"Are you sure this is a good idea?" Jake asked her.
"Where are you headed?" Justin asked. "Dad'a coming home with pizza,"
Justin got up and walked over, he was at the top of the stairs.
"Alison's house," Boo told him.
"Oh," Justin said. "Well have fun, tell her I say hello and I wish her the best,"
"Sure," KT said.
"No I really do," Justin said. "I'm sorry,"
"Let's go," Jake said to his friends. Justin watched them leave and then walked down to the door, watching them get into the car and driving away.

Jake stepped on the brakes to go faster so they could get to where The Voltri was located as soon as possible. It was a good hour and a half without traffic to the wooded area. After a stop at the gas station, the kids finally got there. They got out of their cars and saw that the lights of the building were all off.
"What are we supposed to do?" KT asked them.
"We join hands," Boo said. "We are powerful, KT. According to Alison's grandmother,"
Suddenly, doors were heard opening. The hooded vampires quietly escaped outside, smiling. Vanessa walked out from the crowd and stared right at them.
"Welcome," she said.
"We know your secret," Boo yelled.
"Boo," KT nudged.
"And what's that, mortal?" Vanessa asked.
The vampires then all laughed as she walked forward.
"You're Alison's great grandmother," Boo told her. "You will never get away with this. You're killing innocent people. We meant no harm to you,"
"Well," Vanessa said. "I wasn't interested in any of you. I just wanted Serenity, Judine, and Spencer to come forward. It never happened. Your friends intentionally came in to give me the wrong information. How's that?"
Jake and KT looked at each other. They knew what they had to do.
"We aren't mortal either," Jake added.
The vampires once again laughed. Vanessa then silenced them.
"Dear," Gladys said. "You don't have to be in charge. We know what to do,"
"Shut up," Vanessa told her.
"Great grandma," Jake yelled. "If you're in there; please hear me out. It's Jake. Beatrice's child,"
"Kill them all," Vanessa said, watching as her vampires ran forward.
KT, Boo, and Jake then grabbed hands, a huge bright light protected them, surrounded them as the vampires stopped to watch.
"They're tricking us," Pluto screamed.
The vampires then continued to run forward right into the shield, each vanishing one by one and turning to dust. Vanessa's eyes lit up. Gladys turned to her daughter.
"RUN," she yelled.
Vanessa then ran so fast you could barely see her move, running right into the woods. The shield then grew bigger. One by one, all of the vampires were turning to dust. Gladys then turned around to the three.
"Please don't," she yelled. "Don't do this,"
Gladys then faded into dust as her screams were heard. The protectors then fell to the ground.
"Where did she go?" KT asked.
"She's going to find Judine," Boo said.
