"Time of death.. 4:15, 2018..." Christopher gently put the white sheet over Ameilia's cold body.
"Who's next is the question...." Stuart asked. I looked up at him, biting my lip roughly.
"Everyone gather round." Christopher took Violet's hand in his, along with mine. Stuart took my other hand in his and Alexander took Stuart's other hand, squeezing it lightly.
Minutes passed. It felt like hours.
Christopher! Anybody! Do you read?!
The radio broke the silence. Christopher shook away the hands in his and sprinted to answer Captain Ainsworth.
"Copy that, sir. We're headed back."
Well, how was the planet?
"Life-sustaining, but only one problem..."
That is?!
"There was a creature. Oo'kaan is what he called himself. We tried hunting him down and killing him but, he sprayed these needles at us. They were poisoned and now.... We're all dying. And Clem- Specimen 3 is the only survivor. Or, is going to be the only survivor. We've already lost one.... specimen 4."Well now.... I guess I should contact someone...
Ainsworth's words were sharp, yet so blunt. It was driving us mad. Thoughts of just... dying. I hate it.
"Guys? Before we all get dead.... I need to tell you something...." Alexander piped up. "I-..."
