The Choices We Make Chapter 8

It had been quiet the last few days.  All of the members were able to complete their fanmeet in Japan and were headed on the way back to Korea.  The guard assigned to Jimin and Jungkook has followed them everywhere.  Other than in their room are they afforded any privacy. 

The guard has not gone unnoticed and adds a twist to getting Jimin away.  Also, he notes that Jimin still does not travel anywhere without Jungkook firmly next to him.  To Jimin's stalker it appears he did not want to make the choice to leave Jungkook.  Oh, how hurtful and regretful for Jimin, now he must consider alternative methods to get Jimin and to permanently get rid of Jungkook.  For now though the stalker sends Jimin another letter.  Sending him love notes is getting difficult because it is hard for his helper to get in and out of places.  The stalker is aware that Jimin and Jungkook know what his minion looks like.  His minion is all distraction.  To throw them off the track and keep the stalker hidden until he chooses to reveal himself.  That day is coming very soon but for now his minion has been most helpful.  He will reward him most generously for his assistance when Jimin is fully his and there is no one to interfere.

The members are not accepting anything sent to them from fans or otherwise that have not been thoroughly vetted by security.  All mail, gifts, floral arrangements and food are being screened for anything that could be suspicious.  So how Jimin's stalker managed to get another letter to him surprised everyone and started a revamping of protocols.  They are at home and the letter makes its way to BigHits offices.  BigHit employs people to go through the large deliveries of mail and gifts sent to the boys and often read the letters sent to them.  This is how they determine the ones that will go to them.  The members love reading ARMY's fan mail and they only get a few pieces a day and much of what is sent is shredded.  However, how this letter got to Jimin was a piece of genius.

Jimin starts to read the letters sent up to him and most are from cute teenage girls who say they can't wait to meet him even if that is only on their wedding day.  He laughs at the juvenile dreams of a 12-year old.  While at his desk in his room he is reading one letter while 4 more sit on his desk waiting to be read.  He reaches for his glass of water and accidently knocks it over.  He catches it quickly before much water can get out but some spilled on the letters.  He gets up and runs to the bathroom to grab a towel to wipe it up.  As he starts wiping the letters he notices one letter is starting to change.  The original words written on the letter have faded and other letters are coming up.  He pat the letter dry and can see the hidden letters clearly now.  He starts to read...

My beloved Jimin;

How are you today my sweet?  I am missing you so much.  You have made it harder for me to watch you.  I do so love watching you move through this world as the ethereal angel you are.  I have to get creative in how I communicate with you.  Wasn't this fun though?  Invisible ink?  I just had to hope that you would get the letter wet enough to be able to see the letter...and if you're reading this than you did.  So sweet and clumsy sometimes.  A trait I find quite endearing on you.

Jimin promptly wads the letter up and throws it away.  He is disgusted and wants to throw up.  He can't have Jungkook find out about that letter.  Jungkook has finally calmed down now that security is watching them.  So if he knew that another letter came through it would drive him crazy angry.
