Thank you GoreBabe
For being an amazing co-writer!

I know you more than you know yourself
and I know how to find you anywhere you go.
Do us both a favor and make this easy.
In this box, you will find an instruction.
Follow it.
Or someone in your stupid loser club
will pay the consequences"

Beverly read the letter over a few times with lowered eyebrows. Her face scrunched in confusion and her teeth grazed over her bottom lip. She slowly lowered the letter down to the table and looked at the box that sat in front of her. It wasn't a large box but it wasn't that small either. A lot of things could be in that box.

She sighed heavily and picked up a knife then stabbed the top of the box. She dragged it down the middle until she heard the slight pop to tell her that the tape had given free. She dropped the knife and lifted the cardboard folds. Her fingers trembled which only made the unboxing more difficult.

She folded the flaps down then looked inside the box. A smaller styrofoam case was inside with a piece of paper resting on top. She picked up the paper and read it.

If anything in this box is shown to anyone else
a friend will die.
It is your job to follow each step.
NO EXCEPTIONS

Step 1 - Open the styrofoam case
Step 2 - Inject the fluid into your left arm just below the bend

Read the finishing steps AFTER you have followed the first two.

Beverly gulped and set the paper down. She then opened the styrofoam case and looked at the syringe lying in the engraved part of the case. She picked up the syringe and looked at the clear liquid inside. She looked at her left arm and felt her whole body shake.

"I can't do this. What the hell is in here?" she mumbled to the empty house around her. She felt tears stinging at her eyes. Her friends were at risk. She sighed heavily and took the safety cap off the needle. She then lowered the syringe to her arm and pushed the needle through her delicate skin. She felt the pinch then waited a few seconds before she was finally brave enough to push the mysterious liquid into her body. She injected the full vile then took the syringe out and dropped it on the table.

A burning sensation filled her arm instantly. Tears streamed down her cheeks as she held onto the table for support. She glanced at the piece of paper she was reading from before and blinked her tears away enough to see clearly.

You now have 5hrs left to live.
If you don't do as I say, you will die along with your friends.

Step 3 - Go to the park. Under a bench, you will find your next instructions.
Good luck

Beverly grabbed her keys without a second thought and ran out to her car. She got in, turned the key in the ignition and sped out of her driveway and down the street. She grew accustomed to the burning sensation in her arm but the feeling wasn't gone. The feeling traveled down her arm and reached her wrist, threatening to take over her hand. The more she thought about it, the worst it felt.

She pulled up to the park and found an easy parking space. She then practically jumped out of her car and sprinted across the darkening green grass. She checked each bench for her next instructions. She found it underneath the fourth one.

She pulled the paper off from the hard structure and unfolded it. There were no words. Just a drawing. She looked it over and easily noticed it was a drawing of the front steps to the Derry Highschool. She returned to her car and took off.
