Breath in.
Think about your haunting life.
Breath out.
Spiraling into your hopeless doubts.Breath in.
Faster your breathe escalates.
Breath out.
You're panicking; there's no escape.Breath in.
You're wheezing and your hands shake.
Breath out.
Nothing's going to turn out right.Breath in.
Recognizing your mistake.
Breath out.
Your heart pounding with each quickened breathe you take.Breath in.
"Do it like the therapist showed you how!"
Breath out.
"Stop panicking and turn around!"Breath in.
But since you've already started you can't turn back now.
Breath out.
Your breath escapes faster than you allow. It's too late; it's already started.
