Chapter 10- not safe

Anastashia pov

The room was small. There was a small sofa and a cupboard full of tinned food and there was a sink with cups. I dunno why mum and dad had this room. I guess if there was crazy fans or something. Dad had called the cops and they were on their way over. Dad had to speek to them by phone as it was unsafe to leave. I was sat on the floor next to Seth. Mum was sat o. The sofa playing with her hands and dad was playing with his lip ring. Owen was reading the labels on the food and anastashia was resting.

'Maby that's why she's been crying. Her cot is by the window at night and we have blinds. And she crys when she's on her own. She's been getting stalked' mum said panicky 'someone's trying to steal my baby girl, Luke we have to move please' I guess mum was on the verg of a nervous brake down. Tears rolling down her face. Dad wrapped him arm around her. Len then joined then so did me and Seth. It was a long hug. It was nice and felt safe. Then dads phone started vibrating

'Hello' he said

'There is traces of a man' the cop said

'Do you know anything about this man any stanfe things happening' another cop said

'Why I have a daughter and she's a baby and when she was by a window alone like at night or in the daytime when she's relaxing and we go to sort another kid out she would cry and scream and she's been up all right screaming' dad said fast

'Well a man has just ascaped who kidnappers baby's and does awful thing to them like..'

'I don't want to here please' dad interrupted him

'I understand, anyway we are going to search the building you are in and patrols the house until we find him, are you in safe hideing'

'In the secure, safe room'

'Good, we will ring every hour for updates' the police officer said befor hanging up

'Oh god wares jack' mum jumped

'Shit, ill ring him' dad said.

Jacks pov

I herd my phone ringing it was dad. Ergh what does he want I'm ment to be out with Samantha

'What' I rudely said

'Jack don't come home, stay at Samantha's till its safe and warm her parents not to come cos there's a dangerous man loose and we are in hideing gtg bye' and with that dad hung up. My mouth was open in shock

'What wronge' Samantha said

'I can't go home cos there's a dangerous man on the loose ne'er them' I was in too Much sock. Samantha started to rub my back

'Ill go warm my mum' she smiled befor going

Anastashia pov

'This is fun' Owen said

'Im going to sleep' mum said. She looked like a zombie.

'Okay' dad pulled a Handel on the wall and pulled out a bed. It was mid wall so mum had to clime from the sofa to get onto it.

'When it's bed time well take shifts in paires so me and your mother and anastashia and Seth, need help wake me up' dad instructed

'What about me' Owen said

'You don't need to take shifts' dad patterd his back

'Yay' Owen sweled

'What time is it' Seth asked

'5:00. Dad signed

'If me and Seth sleep now we can have our shifts first' I smiled

'Sure, Owen there's ear phone and a laptop on the cupboard to keep you entertained' dad pointed to a wooden cupboard. Wow this room was awesome. Dad pulled the sofa forward and pulled out a bed tray came from the back. It was single but we could both fit on.

I layer down. I wasn't tired I just was board and wanted to feel safe. The bed covers were cold so Seth wrapped his arms around me and I instantly felt warm. I had my phone on me and he had his so to tall we messages each other

'Are you too asleep yet cos your shift in 4 hours' said laughed

To Seth

I'm going to sleep now

To anastashia

The Seth

I then turned to him and he did the same. I put my head on his chest and slowly went to sleep.

'Wake up, your shift' dad said lightly tapping me. I was too tired but remember the situation and go up. Seth followed

I looked at my phone

10:00

'Wake me up at 12:00 dad sale befor climbing into the bed me and Seth were in. I saw Owen was asleep on a sleeping bag. I sat on the sofa

'To pass time shall we watch a film or something on the laptop' I suggested

'Sure' Seth said.

We decided to watch hostages on a train.

After the film ended I put the laptop away and decided to wake up dad

'Dad your turn' I saw dad looking really tired turn over. He Also looked like a mess. He go up and walked to get mum up. I felt bad. I decided my next shift will go until I pass out from beeing tired cops they couldn't keep this up. I told Seth and settled down to sleep. I don't know how long this hell would go on for put It was another thing to add to why my life sucks
