Give me a break

Clara walked through the portal and slammed into the vibranium wall making an "ow" sound.

Tally opened the door

"Are you okay? Did you just slam through the wall?" She said changing from concern to a mockingly grin.

"Yes, shut up" Clara said, now having a grin plastered in her face.

"So how did it go?" Tally said helping Clara stand up.

"Fine I think, except when I was knocked out like two times from Peggy"

"Omg do you have wounds?"

"I don't think so, I think I have a self-healing power too. I recovered from a bullet wound."

"THAT'S AMAZING"

They both got out of the vibranium room and sat on some of the chairs that where on the lab.

"I have made some special gadgets to help Clara in her mission." Dr. C said

Dr. C came close to Clara and placed a small device near her right eye, but as soon as he placed it, it turned invisible.

"Now you can see targets better. Try to hit those" he said motioning to some cardboard targets that were placed in the lab's stairs.

Clara took out her gun and aimed to them. In her sight she now saw some target lockers as if she has an Iron Man suit. She hit the targets all perfectly.

"Waah" Clara said "I love it. Thank you". Dr. C just noded being a little shy.

"We will prepare your next mission, for now, you can go back" Dr. C said

"Well, bye then." Clara said giving Tally a hug and making a small bow to Dr. C

Next thing she did was to dissolve in blue dust to her bathroom. Making the red magic function she changed into her house clothes. Then she came out and went straight to bed. She was very tired.

Clara woke up do to the fact that she was hungry. She went to the kitchen and helped her mother do dinner.

"Did you study for tomorrow's exam?" Her mother said.

"I don't have to study mom, it's just reading comprehension"

"ok, it's just that I worry for you"

"I know, be calmed"

Clara had dinner with her family and then got to her room. She didn't want to think about the exams. She was so done with them, she wanted to continue her mission, she wanted to have friends, real friends, she wanted her life to change. She was bored. So next thing she did was to comunicate telepathically with Tally.

"Hey, did you study for tomorrow?"

"I just read about the techniques of making a good comprehension." Tally answered

"oh, well, have a good sleep" Clara added. She didn't want to bother Tally.

Clara was so tired. Of everything. School, stress, being awkward to everybody, she was sick of everything. She had had a regular day though. Her first exam was normal, not too good, not too bad. Normal. Normal. And that bothered her. That bothered her. She thought she was no one. Her energy, she could not show that to anybody or could she?She was mad. She was exhausted. She wanted to finish school. Have vacation. Have fun. She just wished to have one friend.

She was currently laying on her bed. It was Monday night, the day before she had gone to Howard's mission. She needed some space alone.

And soon she dissapeared into blue dust.

She was inside the lab. The lights were out. The only light was coming from the moon. She saw a table with some kitchen supplies. She found tea, sugar, a cup, water. She made herself a mint tea. She knew time was frozed in the lab, so she could go back to sleep whenever she wanted. She was just so tired of everything. She was inmeresed on her thoughts. She thought of her family, how she wished she could be kind. She was now crying and blaming herself when she saw someone descending the stairs from the upper library inside the lab. She quickly turned invisible due to her red magic. and pulled out a knife from her suit.

"I know you are there" She heard Dr. C say

She quickly reappered with her normal clothes with the help of red magic, retrieving also the knife.

"Sorry" Was all Clara could say

"It's okay, I understand. Come here." Dr. C had motioned

He embraced her in a hug, he was like a father. He was caring. But she was awkward with him too. She felt so terrible.

"I can't help you much, but I know what you want, and that will help you to calm down. You need to be in a different enviroment, meet people. Have adventures."

"I d-don't understand"

"What I am saying is that you can go to the other dimension and pass some time there. I think you need to relax a bit. I discussed this already with Tally. Tally wants to stay out of the mission. She needs to focus because she has had problems studying. So now, it's just you and me. You can come whenever you want, complete a mission and get back home. I'll be here all day, making updates and things. After all, that is my work." Dr. C concluded

Clara was now crying of hapinness. This man had just told her what she wanted to hear.

Clara embraced Mr. Charles into a hug. "Thank you Dr. C. I am so grateful, you have no idea."

Clara started to go to the Vibranium room when she heard Dr. C

"Oh, before I forget. I need you to do something you might not like" Dr. C said apologetically

Clara saw a vaccine in his hands and she started to panic

"no no no no please. I'll do anything but that no, please..."

"I know you don't like it, that's why I need you to sleep so I can put it on and it won't hurt."

"oh... ok then" Clara said more relaxed.

"Take this pill" Dr.C said handing to her a cup of water

Clara took a pill and was soon asleep

She woke up by something sticky in her hand. She sleeply looked down and saw Tally's dog.

"Hey doggie" Clara said patting his head

"I see you are awake" Dr. C said approaching and getting off the bandage that was around Cara's elbow.

"Now this vaccine alouds you to see the missions you need to achieve. When you open your hand and see it the mission that you currently have to complete appears. You are the only person that can see it. It is invisible to others. I also took a sample of your blood to make future devices and gadgets for you." Dr. C explained

"Thank you. You don't know how much this means to me"

"Your welcome. You don't have anything to thank me for really"

Clara just made a cute smile and finally headed to the Vibranium room.
