Steve didn't let her get inmersed in her thoughts, he kept walking.

Suddenly Clara felt something. Her necklace was glowing with some blue magic around her.

Clara stared at it and then saw Steve that was looking at her with a worried face.

"Go" She said "I'll stay here. I don't want to cause more trouble.

Steve nodded hurriedly and continued to walk cautiously.

Clara stayed there. She thought of herself. She was just useless for all the mission. She couldn't save them. She could just see how things happened.

She tried to control her powers, but she couldn't. Something was missing.

Fear. That was it. She could control her powers with her mind. The most important power, she remembered. She could control her fears. But she had to learn. Meanwhile she had to stick to her training.

The plane started to turn and she hit a wall. The plane had a hole and the wind wanted to get her out of the plane. With her right hand she hold onto a pole and with her left hand she got a knife out and stabbed a part of the plane, allowing her to gain stability.

She heard screaming. She managed to get onto a safe zone and started running towards Steve.

Red Skull was gone. Steve was watching the Tesseract making a hole through the floor of the plane

"I get in charge of that, you can get in charge of the plane" Clara said

But before getting out Clara hugged Steve

"Please forgive me, I'll do better, I promise." She said while Steve hugged back

"We'll see each other again, I promise" She said

Steve was a bit dumbfolded but he smiled anyway.

Clara used her blue powers, which, by a miracle decided to work and she teleported to the Tesseract.

She was falling through the air. She approached the Tesseract and touched it. With a single touch she felt the blue energy running through her veins.

With her mind powers she comunicated telepathically to Howard

"This are the coordinates of the Tesseract" And she told him what she could see through the device that she had near her eyes.

She felt a big splash. To her surprise she could breathe under water. The coldness of the water floded her body. She saw white magic around her that allowed her to breathe. She also felt her injuries being relieved and healed.

She let the Tesseract sink. And clossed her eyes

"It was nice working with you guys. Mission Complete" She thought directing her words to Howard, Peggy and Steve.

Clara sensed their reactions that were a mix between surprised, curiosity and sadness. They hadn't know her well, but this was the end. They trusted her, because she had showed them with her mental powers that her mission was accomplished. She couldn't interfere a lot with this dimension.

Clara suddenly openned her eyes. She was in the sea. She sensed it. The crash.

Without thinking it twice she teleported to him.

The plane was half sunk. Cold water was covering Steve's body.

She went to him and with tears in her eyes she placed him in her lap. She hugged him. He was her friend who without knowing her well, protected her.

With her heart sunk she left him there and took a last glimpse at him before making the interdimensional star in the air.
