The three of them came up the stairs hurringly. They ran throughout the metal surface that was below them. Captain America stopped. Bucky just right behind him and Clara near them. They were facing a big metal support that communicated with the other side of the building.

"Let's go, one at a time" Steve said, helping Bucky to get up the support.

Bucky started to approach , but then the support went a bit down. He paused, gowing with caution. A explosion came. Bucky started to run and jumped successfully to the other side. He jumped to the other side of the railing.

The metal support felt. Clara and Steve were still at the other side.

"There must be a rope or something!!" Bucky yelled worry consuming him

"Just go!!, get out of here!!" Steve motioned him to go

"No!!!, Not without you!!!" Bucky yelled very desperate.

Someone cursed, Clara was almost sure it was Steve. She was desperate too. She was terrified indeed. Steve bended the railing from their side. He was backing to take momentum and then he ran and jumped. He made it. He made it. Clara was so happy. They were safe.

Another explosion.

"Clara!!!!!!" They both yelled with pure desperation

She hadn't noticed. She was falling into the fire. She felt burning. She closed her eyes.

"I'm sorry..." She murmured. Everything was turning black. With her remaining power she said in her mind

"I'm dying...I failed, I'm so sorry"

And then she felt something warm, but it wasn't fire.

She woke up. She was in the lab. She felt weak, but stood up

"Steve, Bucky!" She yelled she was going with her little strength to the Vibranium room

"Wh-what what, no, wait, they are okay. Calm down" It was Stan Lee's voice

Clara was crying. "They- " She was sobbing

Stan Lee embraced her. "Its okay, they are okay. You have to rest. They made it to camp remember?" He told Clara.

Of course she remembered from the movies. She was calmed now.

She slowly stood up and went to the couch. Everything hurted.

"Here, take this" Stan Lee said giving her a cup of mint tea. Clara took it

"Thank you...you-you saved my life" Clara said.

"It's okay. Now rest. You have completed your mission. Dr. C will arrive soon." Stan Lee said. Clara noded

"I have to go, be careful next time, I may not be able to help you" Stan Lee said and dissolved into blue dust.

It was still 3am. Incredible. Dr C came to the room.

"Clara!" he said approaching her.

"Dr. C!" She said.

They both talked some time. Dr C explaining her that she had been saved by an orange big bubble shield casted from the other ring, by Stan Lee. Saying the man had got into the other dimension and brought her back. They had healed her in the lab, and she was recovering.

"You must go home to rest, healing is faster for you, it will take you about an hour and a half to recover fully."

"Thank you" Clara said gratefully. Then she disappeared with blue magic. The next two hours she rested and recovered. Even though the events from last night were still on her mind she managed to do her exams and she even managed to have a great weekend with her family.

Soon another week of exams was coming. It was Saturday night. A pretty long day for her, she was practically all day with her family. After what had happened to her, she appreciated her family very much.

She was going to sleep now.

Then she remembered about Steve, Peggy and Bucky. She sat on her bed, checking through the mirror if anyone could see her and she dissapeared into blue dust.

Appearing in the lab she saw Dr. C wasn't there. He had left a note.

Clara:

If you come here these days, know I will be out with my family for this weekend. If you need anything know that your mind power is the most important one. Brace yourself against your fears. Your fears make your powers weaker.

Dr. C

As soon as she read it, the note evaporated to yellow smoke. She headed to the Vibranium room. She had anyone on this dimension. Only Stan Lee, but he had warned her not to call him. She was practically alone. But that didn't matter. She could do it.

She appeared in the familiar rooftop. At least she didn't fall in the concrete wall. White and Black dust dissapeared from sight. Clara saw her next mission:

Help Captain America into H.Y.D.R.A's train

-Well, this will be fun- Clara thought and headed to the Brooklyn Antiques store. Clara was happy to see Steve again. Last time he had seen her die, she assumed he had told Peggy about it. She was also going to see Bucky soon. Clara changed to a military uniform as Peggy's with her red magic

She ran through the hallways looking for the familiar library she first encountered. There he was. He was tracing something in a big map. Peggy saw her and was speechless. Steve saw Peggy's face and turned inmediatly back. He saw Clara. He was with his mouth wide open. Steve ran to her

"Steve!" Clara said

"Clara!" Steve said and huged her tightly as if she was going to dissapear. Steve broke the hug. They were looking each other at the eyes.

"You are alive-how?" Steve said

"Long explanation...but I am healed already" Clara said with a big smile.

They hugged again and that seemed forever. Clara loved Steve's hugs because they felt protecting.

"I am sorry I worried you" Clara said looking down

"Don't be sorry. It was not your fault" Steve said. Clara was a bit surprised Steve wasn't mad at her. She had not given him any explanation of her powers, the dimension...anything. Maybe Peggy had explained some things about her to him.

Then Clara remembered Peggy. She ran to her and gave her a hug. She returned the hug.

"I'm glad you are okay" Peggy said

"I missed you" Clara responded.

"Sorry to interrupt, but if you don't mind Clara, we'll need a bit of your help" Steve said with a sheepishly grin motioning towards the big map that was at the table.

"Of course Steve" Clara said happily. She took a glance at the map. With her mental powers she casted a hologram of the photo she had taken of the map at the base with help of the aiming device Dr. C had given to her.

Steve marked the spots with a pencil and reasigned the ones that he had misplaced for some centimeters.

"Thank you very much Clara" Peggy said. "Follow me" She said

Both Peggy and Steve were talking to General Philips. When he finished he said

"Who is she? Is she part of your team?"

"She is a friend, came to help" Steve said.

"Well then" The General said and left.

Clara was happy to get started
