As I'm walking over to the fridge the phone starts ringing. I run over to get it.
"Hello?" I ask.
"Hi, is this Danielle Marie from YouTube?" A male voice asks.
"Um, yes sir, who is this?" I ask.
"Hi Danielle, my name is Kevin Lyman, maybe you've heard of me, I-"
"Founded Warped Tour, yes, I know who you are and I worship you," I chuckle.
"Ah, I see," I could tell he was smiling through the phone, "I was calling to ask if you wanted to come on Warped Tour as a special guest YouTuber."
"Oh my fuck! Yes! Hell yes!" I yell, "I am so sorry if I just blew your eardrum."
He laughs, "it is perfectly fine, meet me in San Diego, California in four days."
"Shit, how am I going to get there?" I say quietly, mainly talking to myself.
"You have no way to get here?" He asks.
"Unfortunately no," I sigh, "well, that was good while it lasted."
"I'll make you a deal, you come to keep another YouTuber, Johnnie Guilbert, out of trouble for me and I'll fly you out here for free, what do you say?" He asks.
"I've never heard of Johnnie, but yeah, of course," I smile.
"What is your cell phone number and I'll get the tour manager to text you the information you need," I tell him my phone number then hung up the phone.
I run upstairs to pack my stuff before my mom gets back and sees.
I pack all of my summer clothes and two pop punk cocktail dresses, then slide my suitcases under my bed. I made it to where all my stuff, that consist of twenty to thirty summer shirts and tank tops and shorts, five pairs of pants, and three pairs of Vans, one pair of boots, and one pair of heels, not to mention my two dresses, into two suitcase.
I put my laptop, chargers, headphones, dry shampoo, straighteners and different gauges and piercings to switch out into my Batman book bag.
I get a text from the tour manager, turns out his name is Andrew, I'm getting on a plane tomorrow at eleven a.m. and getting flown out to California to stay with a guy named Damon until I have to be in San Diego, Damon and his roommate Jason are going on Warped Tour too. Now to escape from Satan.
