I pull up a contact in my phone and hit call. After a bit of ringing, the person I'm trying to contact answers.
"Hello Danielle."
"Hey Alan, we have a problem," I say to the unforgettable Alan Asby.
"What is your problem?" He asks.
"They're back, they've found me," I say.
"Fuck, okay, I'll think of something and get back to you," he sighs in frustration and hangs up.
"Who were you talking to?" Holy shit, I open the curtain.
"Dammit Damon, you scared me," I say.
"Awesome, who were you talking to?" He asks.
"Just an old friend, nothing to be concerned about," I give him a slight smile.
"Really, 'they're back, they've found me' isn't something I should be concerned about?" He uses air quotes.
"Just drop it, okay?" My voice gets louder.
"Okay," everyone comes running onto the bus.
"Let's get on the road bitches!" Cyr yells.
"I need food!" Kate groans.
"How about this?" I set three types of poptarts on the table.
"You are a life saver Danni," everyone rushes to get a poptart.
"Aren't you getting one Danni?" Jason asks.
"No, I'm fine," I smile.
"Hey Danni, can I talk to you in the back real quick?" Johnnie asks.
"Y-"
"get it Johnnie!" Cyr says.
"Fuck off," Johnnie says as we are walking back to the back lounge.
