Classes were a haze for Lisa the next day. She tried so hard to focus on listening, something she'd never had difficulties with before, but her mind was stubborn. It kept replaying the hours she'd spent with Jennie, over and over again.

The way the latter smiled. The way her hair fell down her shoulder that first time she'd seen her. The way she looked at her as if Jennie already had her figure out. The way she laughed wholeheartedly. The way she was honest about her personality, no holds barred, no pretenses. She knew she liked her, that much she'd admitted to herself last night when she was lying in bed, waiting for sleep to claim her.

But she wasn't sure if Jennie liked her the same way. Sure, the latter kissed her back and looked like she had a lot of fun hanging out with her. But that was it: she looked like she had fun. Countless times Lisa would caught herself staring at Jennie, and feeling awkward around her, a sure sign that she liked her. But she never caught Jennie staring back at her. Jennie was all fun last night. Was that how it was going to be for her? Was Lisa going to be one fun conquest for Jennie? Someone the latter could hang out with when she's bored, or at least someone she liked to hang out with, but nothing more than that?

" I know you take your classes seriously and all that, but with the professor is gone, you really can't stay in the classroom hoping the whiteboard will sprout a mouth and continue discussing the lesson to you." A voice broke through Lisa's thoughts.

Lisa looked around and found herself alone in an empty classroom, except for the person who spoke, She turned and found Rosé her best friend, grinning at her, a laughter not far from escaping her lips. Seeing the surprised look in Lisa's face, Rosé finally let out a bark of laughter.

"Did you seriously not realized class was over and you were just sitting there like an idiot?" She asked, wiping tears of laughter from her eyes. Lisa rolled her eyes and shook her head, she got up quickly and placed all of her books, notebook and pens in her bag and slung it over her shoulder.

" I was thinking about something" Lisa replied.

" You don't say " Rosé said, sarcastically, still grinning, Lisa started to walked away, and head towards the doors leading to the hallways.

"Shut up Rosé and let's get our lunch. I'm hungry" She called her best friend. Rosé laughed once again.

" Yah! Lalice, Lunch was two periods ago. School's done idiot. What the hell is wrong with you" She asked falling into step beside her best friend as Lisa reached the door and started walking down the hallway towards the cafeteria. She immediately stopped upon hearing Rosé's comment.

Had she missed lunch? Where was she then? Oh right, she'd gone to the library to try and finish homework about the classes she'd missed yesterday. Except, as was accustomed to her brain today, it had fizzled out and choose to dwell on Jennie instead. She immediately turned in place and accidentally bumped into someone walking towards where she was headed earlier.

" Oh sorry" She mumbled, walking around the person and continuing down the hallway, now headed towards the school exit.

" Hello? Are you ever gonna talk to me idiot?" Rosé called to her, jogging slightly to keep up with her.

"Are you high or something?" she added. Lisa chuckled.

" If I was high, I wouldn't be here. The dean would kill me" She answered warily.

" Then what's up with you, Idiot? You didn't show up for lunch, and now you don't even remember you skipped it. And you were just in there, staring into space, not even aware that class had finished. I've never seen you like this before Lalisa" Rosé commented, a hint of concern lacing through her tone. Lisa shrugged. I haven't felt this way before, she thought. But out loud, she said,
