Amy ran back to her house not caring if anybody seen her tears as she pushed past them. She just wanted a little peace before she see's her friends again... But as her house came in sight she realized peace would never be in her reach. For her house was nothing but flames.

Flames taller than the trees around the hose itself, heat pouring off it in waves, the wood charring beneath the fire... Amy wondered why her neighbors didn't call 911. That's when she realized none of her neighbors were home... She couldn't call the police either her cell phone was inside the house. Something in the corner of her eye caught her attention. The grass was burnt into words...

Remember me? Beside it was an old photo of her as a baby in her mothers arms... And behind her mother was her father.........

"Gah!" Yelled Amy as she was taken to a flashback.

"Use you powers Amelia, kill it!" Yelled her father as he pushed his daughter towards the frightened rabbit that was desperately trying to claw its way out of the cage.

The small pink hedgehog shook her head. "Pweze no daddy... I don't wanna hurt da bunny."

"I said kill it!" He yelled again this time shoving her onto the ground.

"I don't wanna!" Yelled Amy at the tall hedgehog that was black with bluish- green colored stripes, he had green snake-like eyes, and no mouth. His eyes narrowed even more. He slapped her backhanded across the face. "Pweze stop daddy!"

"Do you want to make me angry Amelia! Do You!?" He yelled. She shook her head. "Then kill it!"

"N..n..no." He raised his hand. "I'll kwill it." She stood up her jade green eyes narrowing like a snakes, then her fur darkened to an extremely dark reddish-pink color. She lifted her hands, and so did the little rabbit, which squealed as it was lifted into the air. It looked at her pleadingly. She balled her hands into fists in response. Crushing the rabbits heart. Amy gently laid the rabbits now still body on the outside of the now open cage.

"Very good." Remarked her father as her eyes and fur color returned to normal. "Now that wasn't so hard was it? Your dark powers are growing at a reasonable rate. Before you know it you will be as strong as me. Now dispose of it while I go find energy."

"Yes daddy." Her father disappeared through the earth. Amy ran forward and buried her face into the rabbits fur. "I'm so so soooooooo sorwee bunny. Daddy made me do it." She stood up holding the rabbit in her arms carrying it to the far side of the mountain. She laid down the body to grab a little shovel, she choose a spot then dug into the hard earth.

After a few minutes she had a reasonably small hole, she then picked up the rabbit and laid it in the hole, once she was done covering it with dirt she went over to a pile of rocks and put it by the new mound of dirt. She reached into the pocket of her dress to reveal a needle. She took off a glove and pricked her finger, then in her best writing, she wrote: Bunnee.

"I'm sorree bunny." She said walking down the line of rocks. "I'm soree puppie, I'm sorwee kittie. I'm soree wabbit. I'm sorrey birdie. I'm soreey doggie. I'm soree mousie. I'm sorry teddie." She approached the largest stone of them all, "I'm sorwee Mommy." More tears started to fall down her face. On the stone it said; Marline Rose: Beloved Mother: Killed by her own creation.

"I pomise Mommy I'll never kwill anybody again. I won't let daddy make me hurt anyone anymore. I wuv you." She then turned and ran down the mountion side towards the town her father told her never to go to.

...................... In the town..........

Amy collapsed in a park after running out of breath. A group of kids walked over to her.

"Who are you?" Nervously asked Amy.

"I'm Sonic the fastest Hegehog in the WHOLE wide world." Said a blue hedgehog.

"I'm Knuckes."

"I'm Rouge, imma bat." She spread her small wings.

"I'm Tails." Said a fox with two tails.

"I'm Cream... It... Nice to ... Meet you."

"I'm Amy. Amy Rose."

Amy opened her eyes she was still near the words but the words had changed...

You left me my dear and I'm coming back, to get what is mine. The picture also had changed, it was now her on Mephiles shoulder pointing at something.

"Argh!" Another Flashback .

Amy was even younger, only a mere two year old. She was toddling around the garden eating flowers and throwing vegetables. Suddenly a large Grizzly bear came out of the woods. It hadn't had a meal in a long while, so the pink ball of fluff looked quite appetizing. It stalked forwards towards the garden with the little hedgie. Amy was chewing on a daisy wondering why it didn't taste as good as the marigold. She swallowed it then turned around. The bear was ten feet away from her. She screamed and the bear charged. That's when her father emerged from the earth and flung the bear with his dark powers.

He yelled at it. "You want something to eat huh?! Eat this!" He slammed the bear onto a rock. "She's mine you hear me!? Mine! No one can have her! Ever!" The bear looked pleadingly at Mephiles, in response he snapped its neck. He turned to see his young daughter wide eyed. "Humph." Mephiles sank back into the earth, Amy ran into the house, and sat on the couch bringing her knees into her chest, where she cried herself to sleep.

Amy looked at the burnt grass again. Without me your powers will spin out of control, like they have in the past.

The picture changed again her fifth grade school picture. "NOOO!!!" Amy screamed out in pain.

Amy was walking out of the school building when five wolves noticed her and walked over, demanding lunch money from her. She ran and they chased her into a alleyway.

"Please... Don't hurt me." She pleaded.

"Just give us the money and we won't." Said a blue wolf.

"But I don't have any money..." Said Amy. A red wolf slapped her. "Stop!"

"Give us the money!" Yelled a yellow wolf. He kicked her in the shin.

"I don't have any! Stop!" Another slap to the face, another kick this time knocking her over, and out spilled of her pocket was a few quarters. Amy's fur started to darken, her eyes narrowing like a snakes.

"Come to papa." Said a purple wolf.

Amy spoke, her voice deeper and evil. She stood up, "Cry to mommy." She spread her hands and an invisible force slamming them into the wall. The wolves ran out of the alley, yelling like their tails were on fire. Amy's fur and eyes changed back to normal. "I'm sorry! I didn't mean to!" She picked up her quarters crying, then she walked out of the alley tears streaming down her face.
