Desiray's POV "Sweetie wake up." "Mom leave me alone" I whined burying my head under the blanket. She pulled the blankets off me making me groan in annoyance. "Mom!" I whined sitting up in bed.
"I hope you know that if you don't want to go to school today you don't have too" she said placing her hand over top of mine. "I know mom I'm gonna go still I don't need to be failing any of my classes" I said rubbing my eyes. "I'm so proud of you baby I hope you know that" she said pulling me into a hug.
"I know you are mom and I just want to make you proud of me" I cried onto her shoulder. She hugged me back squeezing me tight. "Baby I will always be proud of you no matter what ok" She says wiping both of our tears.
"I'm gonna get ready for school I'll see you before you leave for work so I can give you a hug and kiss" I said placing my feet on the floor. She nodded kissing my head leaving my room, closing the door behind her.
I got out of bed walking into the bathroom, leaving the door opened for Lily. I turned on the water and waited for it to get to my preferred temperature. I stripped out of my clothes stepping into the shower.
I shut the door and stepped under the warm water. I let the warm water relax my sore and tense muscles. I washed my hair and body doing my normal routine. I stayed in there thinking about everything that has happened in the past 24 hours.
I began crying again remembering that Lau isn't picking me up for school today. I turned off the shower squeezing the excess water out of my hair. I stepped out of the shower grabbing my towel. I wrapped one around my hair and wrapped one around my body.
I walked into my bedroom with Lily following right behind me. I dried myself the rest of the way off and threw it in the hamper. I walked over to my dresser and grabbed some bra and panties.

I slipped them on going over to my closet full of clothes. I didn't feel like dressing up so I picked out a simple outfit, that was a little dressy bit not over the top.

Once I was done getting changed I put on my shoes. I grabbed my sunglasses and my backpack heading downstairs. I walked into the kitchen grabbing a bottle of water. "Do you want me to make you to breakfast" my mom asks walking into the kitchen.
