Chapter 3

I got into the car and sat in the back. Elena and Bonnie sat next to me, Damon drove and Stefan sat shotgun. "So where's this grill place?" I asked Elena and she replied. "Just in town." I nodded. "And it's karaoke night?" She nodded. "Ooo! Can you sing?!" My eyes went wide. "Uh..." She interrupted me. "Sing for us." She said forcefully. "Uh no than-" She grabbed my arm. "Pleaseeeee!!!" She yelled. "Fine.." I whispered. "Yes!" She screamed. "Uh.." I tried to think of a song. Thinking of my favorite artists.. Taylor Swift, Rihanna, One Direction, Carrie Underwood. I finally chose a song by Taylor Swift and started to sing. "You should've said no, you should've gone home you should've thought twice fore you let it all go you should've know that word bout what you did with her'd get back to me..." I sang as Elena smiled her beautiful smile. I smiled back and Stefan said. "You have a beautiful voice." As he looked back at me. "Uh.. Thanks." I said shyly. We walked inside and a pretty blonde girl ran up to us. "Hey Elena!" She looked at me and squinted her eyes. "Who are you." I bit my lip. "I just moved here and Elena invited me to hang out today." Her frown faded back into a smile. "Oh! Hi! I'm Caroline." I smiled. "I'm Brittany." She giggled. "Lets go get a booth." We walked over to a booth. I sat next to Damon and motioned for Elena to sit next to me she smirked and sat next to Caroline and Bonnie. They all giggled as Stefan sat next to me. I glared at them. "So Brittany, how old are you?" Damon said smirking at me. "Uh, eighteen. Today's my birthday..." Stefan smiled. "Happy Birthday beautiful." I blushed as the girls said a few awes. "We should have a birthday party!" Yelled Caroline. "I don't kno-" I got interrupted by Damon. "Yeah. We should good idea Caroline." Damon put his arm around me. I felt my face go red and Elena laughed. "Okay.. When?" I said. "Tomorrow. We'll go shopping tomorrow morning and then at 7:00 it'll start!" Caroline said happily. "Okay sounds like a plan." I say and laugh.
