"Tonight.." My mom says.
"WHY DIDNT YOU TELL US." I say loudly. I thought we have a few weeks. I thought everything was going good. God I thought everything was perfect!
"Meryl. I mean like 2 am. Chill out." Charlie comes over and comforts me.
"We will be amazing Meryl I promise. Okay? Just let's watch a movie." We pick a movie and we settle on Divergent, I loved reading the books. Well, Charlie reading me the books. I hope the movie does it justice.
After the movie ends it's around 3:30 am and we head to the airport with our parents. I feel so sleep deprived so Charlie says I can sleep on him for the plane ride. We soon board the plane and take off. I struggle to stay awake. "Meryl, you are tired lay down." I put my head on his chest as he strokes me hair. Within minutes I feel like I am drifting away. Drifting away into a dreamless sleep. One were it's just us. I'm snuggled close to Charlie with him petting my hair.
I wake up to the flash of a camera. Then another. The first one came from Charlie, the second from my mom. "Wa that necessary? " I ask Charlie in a sleepy tone.
"Sorry, Mer. You were just too cute." I give a slight smile, continuing to rest my head on him. "What are you watching?" I ask him. "Catching Fire." I start watching it with him on his iPad. I also check that photo Charlie posted for comments. They were all sweet so I favorited a few and replied to a few people as well.
The flight is so long and my stomach isn't letting the before flight food settle. I was going to tell Charlie, but i knew the probably. It was that time of the month. I get away from the seat and come back in a few minutes. "What's wrong?" Charlie and my mother ask in unison.
"Not feeling well." I say giving them that look to let them know without saying it. I get to spend the rest of my plane ride uncomfortable. Charlie let's me lay on him through out the rest of the ride.
