"Yah, Bae Jinyoung!"

Why is he calling me...?

"Get in," he curtly said, then went inside his car.

Jinyoung sighed and decided to just walk over to the car, clearly uncomfortable with having to face Daehwi again.

"Why?" He asked once he was somehow near Daehwi.

"I said come in."

"I-I can go home by myself."

"Dad told me to bring you home."

"Yes, I did," his dad confirmed, who was sitting at the driver's seat. "Come in please."

Jinyoung gulped then sat inside the car, he was beside Daehwi yet he tried his best to glue himself to the corner away from him.

"Where do you live, Jinyoung?"

"It's near the popular cafe here."

"Ahn's Cafe?" Daehwi's dad asked him.

Jinyoung saw Daehwi flinch at the mention of the cafe from the corner of his eye, but figured it wasn't that important.

"Yes."

"Daedae-"

"Daehwi," he cut off his dad.

"Okay. Daehwi... do you wanna stop over at that cafe Jinyoung's talking about? I heard their desserts are great. Jinyoung?"

Jinyoung shook his head.

"No," Daehwi replied curtly.

"Really, now? You never turn down anything sweet."

"No."

"But, earlier you said-"

"No."

"Well, okay, but I'll buy something for me there."

"No!"

Jinyoung hid his face as he rolled his eyes.

"I said I'm gonna buy for myself not you," his dad pointed out, finally starting to drive home.

"The desserts there suck, okay?"

"Oh, you've been there before?"

"Donghyun bought me food from there before," he said slowly.

"Well, he does have great taste in food, but I'll trust you on this. Left or right?" He asked Jinyoung, looking at the mirror in front.

"Uh, left."

"Why are we even driving him home? I've had enough low quality time with him, plus I need to work on that new song. You know that, right?"

"Of course, I do. But, what I'm doing is being kind, which you clearly don't know."
