"So, did you like the frappe I gave you yesterday?"
The two were currently back in the room for their sessions together.
"Im Youngmin gave that to me," Jinyoung replied to him.
"Didn't he tell you it was from me?" Daehwi asked, raising an eyebrow up.
When Jinyoung didn't reply, he rolled his eyes and turned around in his seat. He took out a piece of paper then started writing on it.
Jinyoung thought it was none of his business, so he just laid his head on his arms that were on top of his desk.
He was about to fall asleep, as he felt tired from the day and since it was almost the end of week, until Daehwi spoke up.
"Hey, read this," he handed him the paper he was writing on.
Jinyoung took it and read what he wrote carefully.
hey sorry not sorry but my dad only told me to give you that frappe. i wanted him to think i was the more decent person between us two so i gave you that. don't feel too special :)
I knew it, Jinyoung thought. He just did it for show.
He let the paper fall from his hands to the floor then continued trying to sleep.
"Awe, trying to sleep?" He faked sweetness. "School's tiring, right?"
Jinyoung didn't reply yet again, which irritated Daehwi.
"Talking to yourself is great, don't you think?" He asked, making his voice louder.
Jinyoung ignored him yet again. This time, Daehwi stopped bothering him and decided to become productive and continue on the song he was working on. A little later, Jinyoung finally fell asleep.
"WAKE UP!"
Jinyoung woke up suddenly at the sound of Daehwi shouting in his ear.
"What?" He asked him, yawning.
"We're supposed to go home now, and my dad wants to bring you home again."
"I can go home on my own."
"Oh, please, who would want to walk home at this weather?" He pointed outside the window. Apparently, it was raining.
"Oh."
"Let's just go, I still need to practice." By that, Daehwi stood up and started strutting towards the door, not bothering to wait for Jinyoung.
"Thanks for waiting," Jinyoung mumbled sarcastically.
"So, Jinyoung, you hungry?" Daehwi's dad asked as soon as they were all seated in the car.
