Blackpink members: Jisoo (visual and lead vocalist) Jennie (main rapper and vocalist) Rosé (main vocalist and lead dancer) Lisa (main dancer, lead rapper, sub-vocalist and maknae)
In MY opinion: 1) Jisoo should definitely continue being the visual although a lot of people argue that it should be Rosé. 2) Rosé's original singing voice is different to how she actually sings now. YG (the entertainment company they're from) would obviously want the main singer to have a unique voice which may have resulted in Rosé changing the natural tone of her singing voice.
Even Rosé Korean-speaking voice was different before.

3) Don't classify me as a hater but I truly think that Lisa's rapping style is more catchier and likeable than Jennie's. I'm not the only one who thinks so but if you don't, I'm sorry.
