As I walked into room R15, my homeroom, I was greeted by the teacher. She was young with an a-cut style of hair. She was about as tall as me and was wearing glasses. She smiled at me and then introduced herself.

"Hello! My name is Ms. Fische, it's written on the board if you need to know how to spell it. Uh let's see..oh! Yeah, I am an English teacher. I better tell everyone their assigned seats." She walked away and I didn't know what to do so I stood in the back of the room looking at everyone, trying to see what type of person they were.

In the corner, sitting on a desk was obviously the captain of the cheerleading squad. She had all of her so called friends gathered around her and she was looking around looking all bored. She was typical looking, with her long blonde hair, silicon Barbie doll figure, and bitchy face. She was wearing her uniform that was two sizes too small and showed her ass. Stand in a small circle in the center of the room was the four football players that inconveniently got placed in my homeroom. They all looked big, strong, muscley, and stupid. The largest of them all chugged an energy drink and then smashed it on his head probably giving himself a concussion. Then in the opposite corner of the cheerleaders, were the drugees, nerds, and slackers. All mixed together. Some were talking about what mixtures of things could get you so "fucked up man!" and some were talking about there first math test and others were just talking about random crap in general, obviously high. Then there were the people like me. The ones with no friends. People like me were standing around the room. Away from the groups of people, all looking awkward and hoping that the bell would ring soon so we could sit.

I glance up at the clock and sigh. We had five more minutes until we had to sit down.

"You're new here right? Of course you are, well my names Kyla. As you can as see from my lack of friends, I am a social outcast. but since you're alone right now I was thinking we should be friends." says a girl who talked with a light and airy voice. She had hair that ended just under her chest with bangs and her hair was jet black. Her eyes were ice blue and eyeliner liner lined her eyes. She was wearing red jeans with black stitches down the side of them. Her top was a corset type that had a plunging neckline that had a fishnet style covering that went into full length sleeves. She paired this outfit with a pair of black high heeled boots that ended aboveboard the knee and laced all the way up.

"Of course we can be friends! I love your boots by the way." I answered her. She smiled a smile that reached ear to ear and then gave me a quick hug.

"I can tell that we're going to be amazing friends!" she said as the bell rang. I ended up being seated next to one of the football players whose name was Hugh Ramsen. He had bright blue eyes, blonde hair, and a sparkling smile. And he looked like a complete, grade A, ass hole. He winked at me and stuck out his hand.

"Hugh Ramsen, for your pleasure of looking." He said, introducing himself. I rolled my eyes and listened to what the teacher had to say. Once the bell rang I stood up and walked out the door to first period. Biology. I walked into the classroom and sat down towards the back of the room pulling out a pen and my agenda. I hear someone sit down next to me and look up briefly. At least I had someone to talk too. Hudson was looking at me smiling. I smiled back and continued to copy down the homework.

~senior ball~

I skipped down the stairs once the bell rang, signaling that Kyla had arrived do that we could get ready for senior ball together.

"Let's do this!" she exclaimed after I opened the door. I giggled as we ran up the stairs. Kyla was in her pajamas with her hair tied up in a messy bun. I was in sweats and a t-shirt with a French braid going down my back. We had both taken showers before she came over so we just needed to put on our dresses, do our makeup, do our hair, and put on our shoes. My dress was a tight, mermaid style red dress with rhinestones on the side of the bust. I paired it with a pair of silver heels and chose a gorgeous updo. Kyla's dress was black and also a long dress. Hers was backless and she paired red heels with them. Her hair was also going to be in an updo. Once we got done getting ready the doorbell rang again, telling us our dates were here. We could here my dad open the door and Ryker crying in the high chair downstairs.

"Girls, the boys are here!" Evey yells up the stairs. Kyla and I look at each other and giggle. As we walk down the stairs, the guys gasp as we smile at them. Evey takes each of our pictures with tears in her eyes. "You're all so grown up!" she exclaims as we walk out the door to the limo and drive away to the school.

~graduation day~

I hear cheers in the bleachers as I walk up to the stage to accept my Highschool diploma. I look at the camera man and smile. Then walk back down to my seat. After everyone got their awards, we threw our caps in the air, all of us cheering. Hudson came up behind me and hugged me. I turned around and flung my arms around his neck. He kissed me and then whispered,

"I'll see you in college."
