the next few days at school felt a bit odd. it felt weird not going up to miranda and talk to her about the crazy things that had happened to me, or hear her talk about how she's worried she won't pass a test. i was starting to miss her. she was the only thing that actually made me happy beside partying or having meaningless sex. but if she was going to mess up her life, i don't want to be there.
when i told the boys, they seem to be somewhat sadden as well.
"man, she was making you really happy." ashton said. i just nodded in agreement. "but it'll be okay. don't mope around because of her." he patted my shoulder and grabbed me a beer. as he handed it to me, i smiled.
for the rest of the night, i was back to my old self. luke was throwing a party at his house and invited a countless amount of people. calum and i were sitting on the couch with a joint between our lips and a girl with too much make up on our laps.

it wasn't a big surprise to wake up with a massive headache and a random girl in my bed. i put on a pair of sweats and looked at the girl i had slept with. i was so high and drunk i couldn't comprehend what was happening. the girl was moving around in the bed and was waking up. i picked up her clothes and set next to her. she seemed to be pretty understanding and got out of my bed and got dressed.
"i probably should get going, but thanks for last night." she smirked and left my room. i walked her out and saw calum doing the same with the girl's friend.calum and i just laughed and took an advil and got ready for school.
and about every other day, for almost a month, that was happening.
