a month without talking to miranda turned into, two, into three, which then turned into six months. and for those six months, i was constantly either partying or bring a new girl (or two) home. i was going to school high or hung over most of the time. in the beginning, it was all fun and everything, but then i was starting to really miss miranda. and i was noticing that she was coming to school two or three times a week, sometimes not even at all. when i was starting to miss her, the boys would notice and end up throwing some kind of party or we'd sneak into some club. and it didn't take long for her to vanish from my thoughts.

it was the weekend, and the boys and i were hanging out and luke's. ashton had brought some pizza and brought over the game fifa. we all thought it would be a good idea just for us to chill and hang out.
calum and i were watching luke and ashton trying to play fifa and eating pizza. we were all having a good time until the doorbell rang.
"i got it." i said as i was standing up from the couch and opened the door. standing behind that door was the same small, petite, figure i was use to seeing for so long. miranda was standing there. the same one i was hanging out with almost everyday. after six months, six god damn months without talking to her or even a wave, she was standing right there. she was a bit skinnier, you could see the bones in her chest, her collar bones, her hands were much skinnier as well. her hair looked thinner and a bit shorter, it seemed like she'd been wearing the same outfit for a few days, and she had dark circles under her eyes. i guess she was crying because she kept wiping under her eyes.
"michael, i really need your help."
