--First Person Sia--

Whoa whoa whoa, wait why did I say yes again? First of all, I barely know him and second of all, isn't this the number one way people get kidnapped and sold as sex slaves? I mean not that anybody would even want me as their sex slave honestly.... wait fuck the elevator's right there what should I do?

"Asheton, I don't know about this. Here, I'll give you my address and the money for the taxi tomorrow at school."

"How'll you find me anyway, aren't you a sophomore?" he asked as he went to push the button next to the elevator. I grabbed his wrist a second before his finger touched its perfectly polished surface.

"Bro," I said looking up into his eyes in vague disbelief. "I'm in your math class."

He paused for a second, his mouth open like a fish; thinking. After a moment, he reached up to smack his head with his left hand and groaned.

"Ohh, alright, okay, so you're the sophomore in our class? The little smarty pants?"

I looked down from his stormy blue eyes and released my tight grip on his wrist. I folded my arms across my chest protectively. I felt like his eyes were starting straight into my soul when I swallowed my feelings to say: "I guess."

What did I really want to say? I didn't think either one of us wanted to know.

"Well, I could drive y-"

I immediately shot a lone finger to silence his lips.

"Nope nope nope, don't even offer. The moment you do that, I'll feel hella guilty declining, but I'll be even more guilty accepting so don't. Even." I said, my eyes ablaze and ready for a challenge. A challenge I apparently wasn't going to get.

"Um uhh, yeah okay, I guess you can just walk from here then? How far do you live?" He asked, gently moving my finger from his lips. I blushed as I just realized I just touched the Asheton Blue's lips. I blushed even harder when I scolded myself for even caring in the first place.

"Just 10 minutes away, you don't have to worry."

"A lot can happen in 10 minutes, Sia"

"I'll call you up once I find a unicorn or a million dollars on my way home, Asheton."

"You know that's not what I meant. It's dark outside and I know the types of homes that are around here."

I don't know why, but I felt the heat of indignation creep into my cheeks.

"You think you have any right to judge the type of place I live in? You think you have any right to judge people based on their social status or where they live?"

"I never said anything about judging you, your family, or anyone who lives in an area where you do. " he said crossing his arms across his chest nervously, "I just know that it can be dangerous and you need-"

"I don't need you to look after me. I don't need anyone!"

I whirled around, blinded by rage, the heels of my worn out black boots clicking on the opulent marble flooring. I was about to explode. Of course this entitled rich boy had to pity the poor depressed girl and try to save her. I'm not falling for that shit, not in this fucking lifetime, nice try though.

I swung open the glass doors, ignoring his comments of concern. I didn't need him. For god's sake, I'd basically just met him. For all I cared, he was just some douche that can't mind his own goddamn business. So much for him being a nice guy.

******

Jeez Louise, do I need to tone it down with the cursing? I know it's a part of her character, but I feel like it's getting a tad excessive. Though she is mad right now... I'll figure it out, don't mind me thinking out-loud.

Anyhow, gracias for reading my story and feel free to leave comments, questions, and critiques below!
