Amy was hiding behind a fake plant in the mall getting odd stares but she didn't care because she was focused on one thing

Today is Valentine's Day the day that love blossoms and couples won't get weird looks when they steal a kiss from each other in public.

It's also the day when the single people look for there plus one or just stay home and watch romance movies while screaming at the tv saying " it's to cheesy " wishing you " had that " goggling over the " hot guy " in the movie or crying a river over the " cheesy romance scene ".

Instead of doing all of that Amy was staring Sonic down behind a fake plant.

You may be wondering why, I can give you an answer.

She's stalking him to see what he's getting her for Valentine's Day.

Sonic and Amy aren't dating yet so she doesn't now how Sonic feels for her yet and doesn't want to get him something big if the guys just getting her a card that says happy Valentine's Day.

So far he's been in ten stores and she's starting to her tired but she has to figure out. As Sonic walked in she followed him quietly in the store even though there was so much noise you couldn't even hear a baby crying.

Amy hid behind a shelf and watched Sonic walk towards the jewelry section looking at all the necklaces.

After awhile Sonic finally picked one and asked the clerk to get it for him. Amy was excited that he's actually going all out but she wants to at least see what it looks like.

She tried to get closer but accidentally slipped and fell down right behind him.

Sonic turned around having already paid and had the bag with the necklace inside. " A-Amy "!

Amy freaked out and didn't know what to do so all she would think of was to jump up and with  her hammer in fear.

____________5 hours later___________

Sonic started to wake up but not all the way he was still drowsy. He was extremely comfortable actually and slightly smiled. " What a comfortable pillow..it's nice..and warm..and soft ".

Sonic opened his eyes all the way while looking up finally noticing his surroundings. Only to be surprised to see Amy's face with a red hue growing on her cheeks.

That's when he realized what he was laying his head on and sat up quickly getting his head off her lap.

" A-Amy! Where am I What's going on"!?

Amy blushed and scratched her cheek " Your um at my house ".

Sonic looked confused " Why"?

Amy rubbed her arm embarrassed " You See I've been watching you all day-".

Sonic smirked " Nothing new I see".

Amy glared but started to talk again " I wanted to see what you were going to get me for Valentine's day so I knew what to get you..but when you caught me in the last store I freaked out and..hit you ".

Sonic rubbed his head " That's why my head hurts a little "?

Amy lowered her head " In Sorry Sonic..I put your gift on the kitchen table..I don't deserve it Sonic..why don't you give it to Fiona or something".

Sonic smiled " Eh it's alright..this isn't the first time I've been hit with the hammer of doom you definitely deserve it so no hard feelings....for now ".

Amy slightly smiled " Thank you Sonic ".

Sonic smirked and gave her his signature thumbs up " No prob-blemo...although you are crazy though ".

Amy sighed and rolled her eyes " momment ruined.

" Aw so I can't ask you on a date anymore ".

" Momment back on ".
