(Snow's pov)

I stared at the Dragon Knight in front of me worried that Scarr will find out what I am.

[What the hell do I do? I don't want my secret out yet.]

Snow: Borin could we talk privately?

I enunciated the privately so Scarr got the message.

Scarr: I'll make sure that we are in the clear.

Scarr walked off to give us some privacy.

Borin: What's wrong Mi'Lady?

Snow: Do you know what I am?

Borin: Yes a dragon... the last dragon to be precise.

Snow: Okay well I should've expected that.

Borin: What may I call you, my queen?

Snow: When we are al- Did you say "my queen"?

Borin only nodded his head yes.

[Why would I be a queen?]

{Might be because you are the last dragon?}

[Shut up Jasmine!]

Snow: First off I am no Queen. Second, Call me Snow when there are others. I'll decide if I trust you with my real name later on.

Borin: Very well, Snow should we get going?

Snow: One moment, please. Could you go get Scarr, also don't tell him anything.

Borin: Yes ma'am.

I watched as Borin walked off to go get Scarr.

{You need to rest in a secluded place.}

[Why?]

{You're dragon side needs to grow but this is more like an evolution.}

[Why now?]

{You are now capable of withstanding the procedure.}

[Damn. How long will it take?]

{Three hours.}

[Great guess it is time to rest then. By the way, what is the time?]

{5:35 pm}

Borin and Scarr finally came back.

Snow: Guys I think we should rest up.

Borin looked at me through his helmet. I could sense his confusion.

Scarr: Alright it's safe to rest here so we should be fine.

Scarr started to set up a makeshift tent for each of us. Borin helped with the construction of mine. My makeshift tent looked more like a small castle than a tent. Not that I was complaining, in fact, this made life a little easier because now I don't need to figure out how to get away from them.

(time skip)

I looked at the boys as they sat around the campfire I had set up. They seem to be getting along with each other despite the occasional insults going between them. I smirked at their childish behavior before heading into the castle-like tent they made for me.

(Borin's pov)

I watched out of the corner of my eye as my queen went to bed.

Scarr: So why exactly are you still with us?

Borin: Cause I can and she hasn't complained.

Scarr: Why is it that it seems like you and Snow are lying to me?

I look at him in worry underneath my helmet.

[Shit has he found out about Snow's secret.]

Borin: How so?

Scarr: Snow isn't human is she?

Borin: I-

???: Borin let me handle this.

I look behind me to see Snow standing there.

Borin: Very well.

I look down defeated.

(Scarr's pov)

I look at Snow, waiting for a response.

[If she tells me I can't really be a hypocrite because I haven't been completely honest with her either.]

Snow: I'm only telling you this because I trust you.

I stare at her waiting for her to finish.

Snow: I am a dragon.
