"How has it nothing to do with you? Once the video had become viral, Zayden reputation would have been ruined. Wouldn't that put you in limelight?"

And my expulsion letter would have been drafted.

Angelize didn't pay any more attention to Christain and continued reading the book with utmost interest. One could sit and look at her for an eternity when she was reading with such a profound interest. Her large limpid eyes reflected the book in her hand like a smooth clear mirror.

A few strands of her long lustrous hair left her hood and fell down like a waterfall in front of her chest. Her oversized dark hoodie worn over her college coat completely covered her slim physique. But one could tell peeking through the slight opening in front of the jacket that the girl had a slender waist and a body in good proportions.

After a while Christain said in an inquisitive tune.

"Silence?"

She didn't look up.

"You're not going to say something? Are you?"

Definitely not.

This is how she treated anyone who showed interest in talking with her. With her relentless silence.

Christain smile widened.

"Are you sure you don't want to talk?"

Nope.

Why was he saying the same thing again and again.

"Alright then."

Angelize thought: Finally he is going to leave and let me read in peace.

Although she was good at feigning her unfazed look but his presence did bother her. How can she read to her heart content when a person was constantly staring at him?

But to her surprise, he didn't leave.

He leaned back against the chair leisurely and spreaded his legs under the table. Then he grabbed out a small diary, his trump card, from his coat in an assertive manner.

"Hmm, I wonder to whom this diary belongs", saying with a complacent smile, he opened it.

Angelize caught the glimpse the object in his hand through the corner of her eyes.

She looked up and froze.

Christain felt the air of nonchalance around her suddenly evaporate.

"Why are these codes so weird?", he casually went through some pages with a smug smile.

He had thought it before. If Angelize didn't show any interest in talking to him, he would use her diary to make her talk-his trump card.

Angelize eyes widened as she stared at him. That diary carried a month worth of her struggles and codes for a lot of programs she had paid for.

Also if Christain manages to find where these codes fitted then that will be surreal. He will be able to counter all of the programs she has designed until now. She will not be able to afford the consequences of it.

She realized he was deliberately doing it to get at her because she had her name on her diary. So he knew that the disary belonged to her.

"You!", she quickly left her chair attempting to snatch back her diary.

Christain also stood up with a subtle smile.

"Give my diary back to me!", she seethed and charged at him.

He raised his hand high. Christain was a lot taller than her so her hand couldn't reach to her diary. Her chest collided against his as she made an attempt to grab the dairy standing on her toes and jumping slightly but her hand only reached to half the length of his arm above him.

Christain looked down at her with that charming smile of his. His handsome face was inches away from her. Mindful of their close proximity, Angelize quickly took two steps back as her face attained a tinge of red.

At her loud outburst, everyone in the library glared at her. She was mortified and her face further turned to a dark shade of red.

Christain stifled a laugh.

After some time had passed and everyone had returned to their things, Angelize glowered at Christain.

"Give my diary back to me", she quietly fumed.

"Your diary? I found it in cafeteria", he had an annoying smirk, "So by definition it should belong to me now. Shouldn't it".

He waved the diary in front of her ragging her.

She could easily seize the diary relying on her martial art but the problem was they were in a library and she had already caused quite a hassle. And she was already embarrassed at her outburst from earlier.

Did he deliberately choose library to tell her about diary so she wouldn't be able to snatch it back usingforce?

A sudden realization flashed across her eyes. Then her thin lips curled up into a cold smile.

It must have been the case because he knew that she could snatch her diary back after watching the video.

He was definitely not simple.

Angelize had a merciless look on her face. If he provokes her, she will not hesitate to teach him a lesson. Just like she did with Zayden. She can't touch him here but there will be plentiful chances in the future.

"Give my diary back to me if you care for your life", her voice was bone-chilling. She knew that he had seen her martial arts so her threat would carry weight for him.

To hear such cruel words forming on the lips of such a delicate girl was such a contradiction.

Did she actually threaten him?

Christain couldn't believe his own ears.

Under the cover of nonchalance is hidden such an intense girl. If someone provokes her, she will not hesitate to show her true colors. Elseway she will maintain her usual cold indifference.

Christain had silently observed her for quite a while. He had seen her with weird books in her hand. Though she appeared to be a silent freak in their class, Christain had long suspected her.

And with his cousin case, he was even more suspicious.

With her threat, he was confirmed.

She was a wolf in sheep clothing.

But unlike Zayden, he was prepared for what rested ahead. He knew what was hidden on the opposite side of her seemingly harmless impassiveness. He stood unwavering in front cold glare that could freeze anyone into an ice block.

"You really want it that badly?"

He had a contented look on his face as his smile continued to blossom with unfaltering steadiness. It was quite relishing to ruffle her tranquillity- more relishing than torturing his cousin, Noah, by playing various pranks on him.

It has been a while since he faced a challenging contender.

"If you want it that badly, come find me in cafeteria", saying he turned and left.

Angelize saw him flagranty stuffing her diary in his coat as if it belonged to him.

Angelize was irritated beyond words.

Her fingers twitched and her hand unconsciously inched towards the hidden dagger in her coat as her face turned grim.
