JASON

I really didn't want Sabrina in my car, but I took her to a Taco bar. I hear she's a party type, which is perfect because, after a certain time, it turns into a raunchy nightclub. I'm telling you, I will not be the reason this date turns sour.

Am I setting her up for failure? Of course not. I'm just simply putting a preference up at opportunity. I told Katana that I would be a jerk tonight, but I was anything but.

I reserved a table outside next to a heater. You can see the decorated lights down the strip. People passing by on dates or having a walk downtown in the cool night air. The setting wasn't that bad. Sabrina sat across from me staring at me with her hands clasped under her chin, and a weird wicked grin. To ease my own tension, I ordered two shots of Patron for us, and craft beer for myself.

I ordered the tacos that this place is famous for. Trust me, it's not a good thing. Do not order tacos from here, especially if it's after hours and you are drunk. Which in some peoples case, it's probably the best tasting tacos on the planet.

"So.. you're into, Katana?" Sabrina asked enquiringly. I refuse to give this girl any type of personal information about me. I won't let gossip queen interview me like she's fucking Wendy Williams. I changed the subject by asking, "Want to take another shot?"
"Sure." She smiled. To be honest, I couldn't focus. I just couldn't get my mind off of... someone.

Don't judge me.

I ordered two more shots from the waiter. When the waiter walked away, I looked out to the sidewalk down the street to a couple walking in our direction. I stared at them for a while as I recognized the douchebag, and the breathtakingly beautiful girl walking beside him.
Katana

Why did I agree to a date with this moron? I felt bad that I feel like I forced Jason to go on a date with Sabrina. He didn't have to do it. Sebastian took me to a cute little hotdog place. After we ate we took a walk on the strip downtown. We started to walk past La Estrellas, a taco bar that turns into a night club at night. Very raunchy and not a place I would be caught dead in. Unless I was dragged there already dead.

When we passed by, Jason was about to take a shot with Sabrina. She looked like she was having a grand ass time, and Jason didn't look the least bit bored. Jason gave me a wicked side smile and then narrowed his eyes as he shifted his glare and nodded his head what's up to Sebastian. If I only had some popcorn while on this walk.
"Jase, what's up man."
"Not my arrogance" he whispered under his breathe.
Sebastian smiled arrogantly, "but my scoring points are"

Are you kidding me, right now?

Jason stared coldly at Sebastian. He looked like he was ready to drop kick him flat on the cement.
"Don't want to want to waste our time, we'll see you Monday." Sebastian snidely said. Jason downed his shot and slammed the glass on the table. He turned his back to us. I knew Jason could totally kick the shit out of him, but I doubt Sebastian knew that.
"Bye, Jase. Bye, Sabrina" I said kindly. I took a few steps away and Sebastian followed.

“Actually_” Jason added. I stopped and turned back around. “Let’s take a shot and have a drink together before you guys head out to_” gesturing to the streetside “_wherever you’re big night is headed. One drink.” No. Please, no.

“Jason, I don’t think_” before I could finish the rest he interrupted.

“It’s cool, Katana. C’mon, one drink and a shot and then we’re done.” I don’t know what little game he was implying to, but I know he doesn’t trust Sebastian with a bone in his body. I stayed quiet and sat in the chair across from Sabrina. She had a stare for Jason that made me study her more. I know that she knows that Rhonda has been trying to make Jason and I hang out together and now that she knows we are not enemies anymore, she’s doing something. I’m not sure what, but it’s annoying the hell out of me lately.
