The Taste of Green

I finally wrote a poem that wasn't depressing!
Don't get too used to it...

I imagine green to taste like fresh mint
Like frigid water fresh from a stream
Refreshing and airy, with a tint of sour to it
Having aftertaste of only a winter's breeze
With an earthy taste slightly imitating the taste of grass
And the tropical taste of ocean water and pineapples
I imagine it would taste bubbly and make you burp through your nose
I imagine it would be chewy like a piece of gum
And all whilst being spectacularly green.
