Everyone wants to claim that they have the best partner. Today, mine proved to be the best.
I have type one Diabetes and chronic Migraines, so I am frequently in the hospital or sick at home. I used to just have to suck it up and carry one with work or chores around the house. But since I met my partner and we moved in together, they treat me like an absolute princess. They even ditched their band mates today to take care of me. They went to the market, bought all my favorite foods and any meds that I needed. When they came home, they did the laundry, dishes, cooked for me, cuddled with me and even held my hair as I continued to empty the few contents of my stomach into the toilet.
When I finally felt strong enough to lift my self from the floor, I didn't have to, because they scooped me up in their arms, carried me across the room and layed me on the bed before covering me with a blanket, and laying a cold wet wash cloth upon my sweaty forehead. They then served me my medicine and a glass of vitamin water, to help me stay healthy, since I'm not keeping food down. After that, they put in my favorite movie, and layed down beside me, cuddling me into their side. They then rubbed my back, soothing me into a deep calming sleep.
I truly do have the best partner in the universe, and if you argue with me, YOU WILL LOSE!!!!
