Today has been one of the worst day of my life. First, my car wouldn't start, so I walked to work. Then, I had a busy day at the vet clinic, having to deal with sick animals, frustrated owners, and one sad child whose dog had died. And just to top it all off, I started my period.
I finally head home, remove my coat and chucks and begin searching the house for my boyfriend of four years, Tyler.
"Ty? I'm home......" " Tyler?, where are you?"
Suddenly I am grabbed from behind, lifted and spun in the air.

"Ahh! Put me down" I say through my laughter
" hey, how was your day?"
" terrible"
"oh, I'm sorry, sweetie, how can I help?"
"I could do with some cuddles and a movie"
"Your wish is my command"
I am then lifted into his arms again and placed on the couch. Tyler then finds my favorite movie and gets it started. He then grabs a blanket, and returns to the couch beside me.
Before the movie had finished, I was sound to sleep in the arms of my loving boyfriend.
I guess this day wasn't so terrible after all. ***********
